To keep assembly time to a minimum, gather the materials and read through the instructions before beginning.
Labor: About 25 Minutes Materials:
1 36" (91.5cm) “Your Message” Just Write™ Microfoil® Balloon 73628 21 11" (28cm) “Stars, Dots, & Confetti” Carnival Assortment Latex Balloons 31024 1 ea. 5" (12.5cm) Dark Blue, Green, Red, & Yellow Latex Balloons 43553, 43561, 43599, & 43609 1 ea. 260Q Dark Blue, Green, Red, & Yellow Latex 79697, 79698, 79699, & 79700 1 5' (1.5m) Piece of ½" (1.3cm) Conduit SDS™ Steel Base Plate 30895 Just Write™ Expressions Stickers Qualatex BalloonRibbon™
Instructions:
1. Attach the conduit to the base plate. Pull an uninflated 11" latex over the top of the conduit to prevent popping any balloons. 2. Inflate four 11" “Stars, Dots, & Confetti” Carnival Assortment latex balloons to 8.5" (21.5cm). Create a 4-balloon cluster and wrap the cluster onto the conduit at the base (see “4-Balloon Cluster” below). Create a second cluster and wrap it onto the conduit above the first cluster, rotating it so it nests. Create a third cluster sized to 6.5" (16.5cm), and wrap it above the second cluster, rotating it so it nests. Make sure to maintain a spiral pattern with the colors. 3. Inflate the 5" Dark Blue, Green, Red, & Yellow latex balloons to 3" (7.5cm) and create a 4-balloon cluster. Wrap this cluster on top of the 6.5" cluster in Step 2. 4. Inflate the 260Q Dark Blue, Green, Red, & Yellow latex, leaving about 1" uninflated, and tie them into two pairs. Wrap the 260Q pairs onto the conduit between the 3" cluster and the 6.5" cluster. Pull each 260Q up between the 3" balloons. Hold two 260Qs together in each hand and slowly wrap the balloons upward around the conduit until you reach the ends. Twist two 260Qs together, then twist the other two together. Deflate the ends, tie each off around the conduit, and trim any excess.
4-Balloon Cluster 1. Inflate and size two balloons, then tie the necks together. Repeat to make a second pair, then twist the two pairs together to make a 4-balloon cluster.

• Customize this design for any occasion by using different Just Write Microfoil balloons and changing the message.

5. Inflate four 11" latex sized to 6.5" and create a 4-balloon cluster. Wrap this cluster onto the conduit above the 260Qs. Create another cluster sized to 8.5" and wrap it onto the conduit above the previous cluster. 6. Apply Just Write Expressions stickers to the uninflated 36" “Your Message” Just Write Microfoil balloon. Air inflate the Microfoil, roll up the neck with BalloonRibbon, and use the ribbon to tie into the clusters at the top of the Column.
