Mrs. Martin-Mason noted that Chapter 17 includes language on Housing Authority owned property and that this is scheduled to be reviewed at the next Community Stakeholder meeting. Ms. Tedder suggested that clarification for the term “disability� be differentiated for those requesting a reasonable accommodation and those who are categorically disabled. Ms. Tedder stated that she would send over some proposed language. Ms. Tedder agreed with the verification procedure for third parties and encouraged the Housing Authority to follow the IRS standards. Ms. Tedder liked the language stating that if the meters are shared the landlord/owner cannot require the tenant to pay utilities. Meeting Adjourned.
