or many years, my hair as always had been an issue. From the time I was young I knew that hair was an important part of a woman’s look. Straight shiny well- behaved hair was always been a desired look. Considering my hair has always been frizzy, thin and unmanageable, I decide to try a color and cut at the salon, Pierre Michel, which has been owned and operated for 20 years by childhood friends Pierre Ouaknine and Michel Obadia. I had heard about Pierre Michel’s great reputation. The Salon is discretely located in an office building at 57th and Lexington Ave on the 3th Floor. It expands about 11,000 square feet. The atmosphere was beautiful, private and comforting; I felt like I had the whole salon to myself.

My Stylist, Mia Moore, had trained in Europe with the great Bruno Pittini, Jaques Dessange and Vidal Sassoon. Mia gave me a precision cut that was so fabulous , not only did it looked modern and fresh, but it continued to keep its shape and was very easy for me to maintain. The staff really made an effort to make me feel like I was a celebrity, even though I’m not. I
