Wat startte als een initiatief voor de bekendheid van: ‘HippoLux KI Service CenterGlabbeek’, groeit dit jaar reeds tot een uniek evenement. Flanders Mare Auction is een evenement waarbij de paardenfokkerij, paardensport, business en plezier met elkaar verweven zijn. Het feest is opgebouwd rond de paardensport.

De Glabbeekse omgeving met zijn fruitteelt en landbouw maken deel uit van het unieke kader. Graag verwennen wij ook al onze gasten met culinaire hoogstandjes.

En last but not least dragen wij ook onze sociale verantwoordelijkheid hoog in het vaandel met onze charity-actie.

We zijn bijzonder verheugd dat we het vertouwen mochten genieten van tal van gerenommeerde paardenhouders die hun kandidatuur hebben gesteld.

Ook dit jaar ligt de kwaliteit van de voorgestelde merries weer uitzonderlijk hoog.

In samenwerking met onze Belgische stamboeken, selecteerden we zorgvuldig de merriestammen met de hoogst bewezen genetische waarde voor de Belgische fokkerij.

Naast de afstamming bepaalde leeftijd, nakomelingen, gezondheid en faam van de verschillende “stoeterijen” nadien de diversiteit, die ervoor zorgt dat iedereen hierin zijn gading kan vinden. Alle merries zijn drachtig van hengsten met wereldfaam, waardoor de continuïteit onmiddellijk wordt gegarandeerd.

Flanders Mare Auction wil graag de kwaliteit van onze Belgische paarden mee uitdragen over de grenzen heen. Toch hopen wij dat vele van deze uitzonderlijke merriesstamen in de toekomst nog zelf kunnen bijdragen aan onze Belgische fokkerij. In samenwerking met de mensen van DFVF worden de merries aan u voorgesteld door taalvirtuoos Leo De Vos en veilingmeester Dirk Zagers.

VERKOOPSVOORWAARDEN FLANDERS-MARE-AUCTION, B-GLABBEEK, 27 JUNI 2015 1. Huidig reglement is gepubliceerd op de website en in de catalogus van de veiling. Alle deelnemers aan de veiling worden beschouwd als hebbende kennis ervan en het reglement zonder voorbehoud te hebben aanvaard.

2. De toewijzing van de aangeboden paarden geschiedt aan de hoogste bieder, met een toeslag van 10% + BTW op de toewijzingssom (niet op de BTW).

3. Paarden die door BTW-plichtigen te koop worden aangeboden, zullen vergezeld worden van een factuur met bijkomende BTW (op de toewijzingssom). De website en de catalogus vermelden duidelijk bij elk paard indien dit het geval is.

Paarden die door niet-BTW-plichtigen te koop worden aangeboden, zullen vergezeld worden van een afrekening met bijkomende registratierechten van 5% (op de toewijzingssom + toeslag).

Deze BTW of registratierechten moeten bij afname van het paard betaald zijn.

4. De verkoop realiseert zich tussen de eigenaar van het paard en de meest biedende koper.

5. De betaling geschiedt via banktransfer binnen de 5 dagen na de veiling.

6. Bij verkoop op de veiling wordt een verkoopovereenkomst getekend waarop de gegevens (naam, adres, evt BTW-nummer) van de koper genoteerd worden en die tekent voor akkoord van de verkoopovereenkomst met de verkoper.

7. Gedurende 1 dag voor de datum van de veiling hebben de kandidaat-kopers de gelegenheid om de paarden te bekijken, na contact met de organisatoren, zodat de kandidaatkopers perfect op de hoogte zijn van de toestand waarin de paarden zich bevinden.

8. De kandidaat-kopers kunnen vrijblijvend contact nemen met de verkopers om een perfecte kennis van de fysische toestand van de paarden te weten, ook op de dag van de verkoop.

9. De paarden, die ge誰nsemineerd zijn hebben een attest van de dierenarts van inseminatie, (dierenarts, die de merrie ge誰nsemineerd heeft), eventueel met controle attest na meer als 18 dagen als de periode van inseminatie dit toelaat tav veilingsdatum: 27 juni 2015.

10. Vanaf de toewijzing staan de paarden ten laste van de kopers, evenals onder hun verantwoordelijkheid. De verkoper, en niet de veilingorganisatie, blijft verantwoordelijk voor eventuele koopvernietigende gebreken en alle verdere financiele en andere implicaties betreffende de verkoop. De bedoeling is dat de paarden binnen de 3 werkdagen na de veiling betaald en afgehaald zijn of afgehaald worden na het spenen van het veulen- datum gestipuleerd in het verkoopscontract . De paarden worden pas afgehaald als het bedrag op de rekening van de verkoper staat. De verkoper blijft eigenaar van de paarden tot de volledige betaling van het verkochte paard in orde is.

11. Notaris Smets beslist in eerste en laatste aanleg over alle betwistingen betreffende het verloop van de verkoop.

12. Bij betwisting geldt uitsluitend de Nederlandse tekst, alleen de Belgische wetgeving is van toepassing en alleen de rechtbanken van het gerechtelijk arrondissement Leuven zijn bevoegd.

Dit is een paard, het waard om tijd in te steken. Die tijd heb ik momenteel niet en daarom komt ze op de veiling. In het leven moet je keuzes maken. De keuze is nu aan jou.”

Evert Van Mele: “I produced Boyante de Muze, the grandmother, and I do the same with Libelle de Muze, a four-year-old. The scope is the same. This is a horse that needs time to grow in the big sport, but I don’t have that time anymore. That’s why she’s in the auction.

DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN MOSITO VH HELLEHOF De vader van Libelle de Muze is Elvis ter Putte, een BWP “Elitehengst springen”. Met zijn vaste amazone Karline De Brabander vormt Elvis een vertrouwde, succesvolle combinatie in de internationale springscène. Vorig jaar behaalde het duo o.a. de derde plaats in Kapellen (3*, 1m55), de vierde plaats in Parijs (2*, 1m45) en de vierde plaats in de puissance van Beervelde (3*). Dit jaar noteerden we o.a. de vierde plaats in Antwerpen (3*, 1m45), de negende plaats in Lanaken (3*, 1m45), de negende plaats in Lummen (5*, 1m50), de vijfde plaats in Windsor

(3*, 1m45) en de 12e plaats in de Grote Prijs van Windsor (3*, 1m60). De elfjarige Elvis ter Putte is niet alleen waardevol in de sport, maar ook in de fokkerij. Tijdens de recentste BWP-hengstenkeuring werden maar liefst vier zonen van hem goedgekeurd, inclusief de kampioenhengst Manchester van ’t Paradijs.

Ook de moederlijn van Libelle de Muze is doordrenkt met prestatiebloed. Chica de Muze, Libelle’s moeder, gaat via haar vader (de internationale sporthengst/dekhengst Bamako de

Muze) terug op Fragance de Chalus (stammerrie BWP-stam 37.1) en via haar moeder (Boyante de Muze) op Asstep (stammerrie BWP-stam 34). Chica de Muze heeft als vier- én vijfjarige verscheidene foutloze parcoursen gerealiseerd.

Chica’s moeder, Boyante de Muze (sportnaam: Loro Piana Boyante de Muze), heeft onder Philippe Le Jeune jarenlang talrijke zeges en ereplaatsen verzameld tijdens internationale vier- en vijfsterrenconcoursen. In augustus 2013 heeft de Italiaanse Carla Cimolai de teugels overgenomen. Vandaag de dag presteert Cimolai

met Boyante op internationaal 1m45-1m50niveau. In combinatie met Malito de Rêves schonk Boyante de Muze in 2004 het leven aan Estoy Aqui de Muze. Onder het zadel van Kevin Staut vertolkt Estoy Aqui de Muze sedert 2012 een hoofdrol in de internationale springscène, met deelname aan wereldbekerproeven, landenwedstrijden, vijfsterren Grote Prijzen, en dergelijke. Boyante’s moeder (Narcotique de Muze II), haar grootmoeder (Qerly Chin) en haar overgrootmoeder (Kerly) hebben alle drie hun sporen verdiend in de internationale topsport.

USED STALLION: MOSITO VH HELLEHOF Libelle de Muze’s sire is Elvis ter Putte, a BWP elite showjumping stallion. Karline De Brabander and Elvis is a familiar, successful combination on the international showjumping scene. Last year, for instance, the duo finished third in Kapellen (3*, 1m55), fourth in Paris (2*, 1m45) and fourth in the puissance of Beervelde (3*). Some of their highlights in 2015: fourth in Antwerp (3*, 1m45), ninth in Lanaken (3*, 1m45), ninth in Lummen (5*, 1m50), fifth in Windsor (3*, 1m45) and 12th in the Windsor Grand Prix (3*, 1m60). The 11-year-old Elvis ter Putte is not only valuable in sports, but also in breeding. During the most recent BWP stallion expertise, four sons of Elvis are approved, including the champion Manchester van ’t Paradijs.

We also meet performance blood in the dam line of Libelle de Muze.

Chica de Muze, Libelle’s dam, is a daughter of the international performer Bamako de Muze, out of Boyante de Muze. Via her sire, Chica goes back to Fragance de Chalus (foundation dam of BWP performance line 37.1) and via her dam to Asstep (foundation dam of BWP performance line 34). At the ages of four and five, Chica de Muze realised several faultless showjumping classes. For several years Chica’s dam, Boyante de Muze (sporting name: Loro Piana Boyante de Muze), collected many victories and honourable placings in four- and five-star competitions in partnership with Philippe Le Jeune. In August 2013 the Italian Carla Cimolai started to compete with Boyante. Nowadays, Cimolai and Boyante are performing at international 1m45 to 1m50 level. In combination with Malito de Rêves, Boyante de Muze gave birth to Estoy Aqui de Muze (2004). In partnered with Kevin Staut, Estoy Aqui de Muze is playing a leading role on the international showjumping scene, including participation in World Cup classes, Nations’ Cups, Grand Prix (five star), etc. Boyante’s dam (Narcotique de Muze II), her grandmother (Qerly Chin) and her greatgrandmother (Kerly) all had careers in the international showjumping world.

“Inka’s Thina won als vijfjarige brons op het nationaal HROVkampioenschap. Het was een voorzichtig paard dat altijd wou springen. Ze moest uit de sport door een oude blessure die haar parten speelt. Aan Inka’s Thina is een zeer goed sportpaard verloren gegaan, maar het is zeker een aanwinst voor de fokkerij. Haar moeder Diamanthina won begin deze maand nog de GP van Lons le Saunier.”

Bert Van Den Branden: “Inka’s Thina won bronze at the national LRV championship as a five-year-old. She was careful and always willing, but we had to take her out of the sport because of an injury. The sport has lost a worthy horse that day, but for the breeding she’s a blessing.

Her mother Diamanthina won the GP of Lons le Saunier in France beginning of this month.”

DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN VIGO D’ARSOUILLES Inka’sthina van ‘t Ruytershof is het resultaat van de kruising van een prestatiehengst met een prestatiemerrie. Haar vader is niemand minder dan Tinka’s Boy, een Zuidpool-zoon met het begeerde bloed van Zeus in de moederlijn. De Zwitser Markus Fuchs heeft met Tinka’s Boy jarenlang op het allerhoogste niveau gesprongen.

Hun palmares is indrukwekkend: deelname aan twee Olympiades (Sydney (2000, met een zilveren teammedaille) en Athene, 2004), de wereldruiterspelen in Jerez de la Frontera (2002), zes wereldbekerfinales (met o.a. goud in Göteborg (2001), zilver in Las Vegas (2000)

en brons in Milaan (2004)) en drie Europese Kampioenschappen: Hickstead (1999, zilveren medaille individueel én in teamverband), Arnhem (2001, individueel 4e plaats) en Donaueschingen (2003, bronzen teammedaille). Tinka’s Boy leverde voor de sport een waslijst internationale springpaarden.

Niet alleen Inka’sthina van ’t Ruytershof haar vader, maar ook haar moeder, Diamanthina V/H Ruytershof, kan een indrukwekkend sportpalmares voorschotelen. Onder het zadel van Niels Bruynseels heeft deze zwarte parel

jarenlang geschitterd tijdens internationale springconcoursen, tot zelfs vijfsterrenniveau.

Sedert medio 2013 schrijft ConstantVan Paesschen een vervolg aan Diamanthina’s succesverhaal.

Voor de fokkerij leverde Diamanthina de goedgekeurde BWP-hengsten Kentucky van ’t Ruytershof (v. For Pleasure) en Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof (v. Plot Blue). Ze is tevens de moeder van Je t’Adore van ’t Ruytershof (°2009), een volle broer van Inka’sthina van ’t Ruytershof.

Je t’Adore behaalde de derde fase tijdens de BWP-hengstenkeuring editie 2012 en nam eerder dit jaar in Portugal deel aan wedstrijden voor

jonge springpaarden. Daarnaast is Diamanthina de grootmoeder van de goedgekeurde hengsten Jilbert van ’t Ruytershof (v. Numero Uno) en Mercy van ’t Ruytershof (v. Arko III). Via haar moederlijn maakt Inka’sthina deel uit van de BWP-prestatiestam 69. Tot deze familie behoort o.a. de internationale springcrack Emerald van ’t Ruytershof (Harrie Smolders), een volle broer van Diamanthina. Onder het zadel van haar fokker Bert Van Den Branden realiseerde Inka’sthina in 2012 en 2013 verscheidene foutloze parcoursen, respectievelijk bij de vier- en vijfjarigen.

USED STALLION: VIGO D’ARSOUILLES Inka’sthina van ‘t Ruytershof is the result of crossing a performance stallion with a performance dam. Her sire is Tinka’s Boy, a son of Zuidpool with the performance blood of Zeus in the dam line. Partnered with Swiss rider Markus Fuchs, Tinka’s Boy jumped for many years at the highest level. It was not only Inka’sthina van ’t Ruytershof’s sire who performed at the highest level, but also her dam, Diamanthina V/H Ruytershof.

For many years this black pearl caused a furore in the international showjumping world in partnership with Niels Bruynseels. Since mid2013, Constant Van Paesschen is writing the sequel to Diamanthina’s success story. Diamanthina produced the approved BWP stallions Kentucky van ’t Ruytershof (by For Pleasure) and Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof (by Plot Blue). She is also the dam of Je t’Adore van ’t Ruytershof (2009), a full brother to Inka’sthina van ’t Ruytershof. During the BWP stallion expertise, 2012 edition, Je t’Adore was selected to participate at the third phase. Earlier this year, Je t’Adore participated in Portugal at showjumping competitions for young horses. Moreover, Diamanthina is the grandmother of the approved stallions Jilbert van ’t Ruytershof (by Numero Uno) and Mercy van ’t Ruytershof (by Arko III). We waren niet meteen van plan om te gaan fokken, maar zo’n mooie fokmerrie konden we niet laten staan. We zijn blij dat we deze halfzus van Bessemeinds Casino naar België konden halen. No Date heeft zelf ook al twee nakomelingen gegeven die internationaal niveau liepen.”

Louis De Cleene: “I bought No Date just recently together with my partners Maxim De Roeck and Bart De Bock. We didn’t intend to breed her, but we were convinced we couldn’t pass on this mare. We’re happy that we could bring this half sister of Bessemeinds Casino to Belgium.

No Date has two descendants which jump on the international level.”

De halfzus van Bessemeind’s Casino DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN ASCA Z Voor het vaderschap van No Date tekende Quidam de Revel. Tijdens de Olympische Spelen in Barcelona (1992) behaalde deze kleinzoon van Almé onder het zadel van Hervé Godignon individueel de vierde plaats en met het Franse team de derde plaats. Vanaf 1993 boekte de Deense ruiter Thomas Velin met Quidam het ene internationaal succes na het andere.

Voor haar vaderschap tekende BWP-ambassadeur Skippy II, een Galoubet A-zoon die een heuse reputatie geniet als leverancier van uitmuntende springpaarden. DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN TANGELO VD ZUUTHOEVE Voor het vaderschap van Chanac van T & L tekende de sporthengst Jarnac, een zoon van Ryon d’Anzex x (45,43 %). Jarnac heeft gedurende negen jaar een hoofdrol vertolkt in de internationale springscène, respectievelijk onder Reynald Angot, Timothee Anciaume en Julio Arias. Jarnac heeft op het allerhoogste niveau geschitterd, inclusief deelname aan landenwedstrijden, wereldbekerproeven, vijfsterrenconcoursen en het EK in Madrid (2011).

Inmiddels treden verschillende van zijn nakomelingen op het voorplan

in de internationale springscène, zoals Olympique Libellule (dit jaar nog vierde in de wereldbekerproef in Bordeaux, 5*), Qurack de Falaise HDC (onder Kevin Staut 10e plaats in de wereldbekerfinale in Las Vegas 2015), Pin Up Ouistreham (Katharina Offel, 5*) en Reggae du Tillard (Julio Arias, 5*).

Chanac van T & L is niet alleen interessant gefokt omwille van haar vader Jarnac, maar ook omwille van haar moeder Nikita, een dochter van Jokinal de Bornival. Nikita is de moeder

van de goedgekeurde hengsten Toulon en Vancouver d’Auvray en de grootmoeder van de goedgekeurde Deauville de la Vie. Toulon maakte furore onder Hubert Bourdy met als belangrijkste wapenfeiten de zege in de GCT São Paulo en de 2e plaats in de GP van Calgary. Toulon bekleedt de 13e plaats in de meest recente WBFSHranking van de beste springpaardenleveranciers ter wereld. Toulons volle broer, de BWPelitehengst Vancouver d’Auvray, nam deel aan twee wereldbekerfinales (onder de Amerikaanse Danielle Torano) en springwedstrijden van

vijfsterrenniveau. Nadien schreef Bernardo Alves een vervolg aan het internationaal succesverhaal van Vancouver d’Auvray, inclusief deelname aan de wereldruiterspelen in Lexington.

Vorig jaar ging tijdens de eerste editie van de “Flanders Mare Auction” onder meer Katoo van T & L onder de hamer. Deze dochter van Quincerot van T & L werd geboren uit Chanac van T & L. Deze keer krijgt men de unieke kans om Katoo’s moeder te kopen.

For nine years Jarnac played a leading role on the international showjumping scene, respectively in partnership with Reynald Angot, Timothee Anciaume and Julio Arias. The pedigree of Chanac van T & L is interesting, not only because of the sire Jarnac, but also because of the dam Nikita, a daughter of Jokinal de Bornival. Nikita is the dam of the approved stallions Toulon and Vancouver d’Auvray, as well as the grandmother of the approved Deauville de la Vie. Under the saddle of Hubert Bourdy, Toulon caused a furore in the international showjumping world, including the first place in the GCT São Paulo and the second place in the Calgary Grand Prix.

In the most recent WBFSH ranking for the best suppliers of showjumping horses Toulon is ranked thirteenth. The BWP elite stallion showjumping Vancouver d’Auvray, Toulon’s full brother, participated in two World Cup finals (in partnership with the American Danielle Torano) and five-star showjumping classes. Subsequently, Bernardo Alves wrote the sequel to Vancouver d’Auvray’s international success story, including participation during WEG in Lexington.

Ze is nu uiteraard terug drachtig van Emerald. Waarom ik haar verkoop? Ik heb een sport- en handelsstal. Ik wil mijn fokkerij afbouwen. Zie het als een buitenkansje, want waar vind je nog een merrie van Cassini I x Quidam de Revel?”

De moeder van Chellsini Z DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN EMERALD Bo Kristoffersen heeft met Cassira’s vader, Cassini I, succesvol gesprongen tot klasse M. Onder het zadel van Franke Sloothaak kende Cassini I een internationale doorbraak. Het duo behaalde tal van zeges en ereplaatsen in Grote Prijzen, landenwedstrijden en wereldbekerwedstrijden tijdens de zwaarste concoursen, o.a. in Aken, Hickstead, Rome, Göteborg, Londen en Rotterdam.

Cassini I geniet een heuse reputatie als springpaardenvererver. Tijdens de Olympische spelen van Athene (2004) waren twee van

zijn nakomelingen aan het werk, met name Cumano (Jos Lansink) en Olympic (Steve Guerdat). En tijdens de Olympische spelen van Peking (2008) maakte de Cassini I-zoon Carlsson vom Dach onder Will Simpson deel uit van het team dat de gouden medaille won.

Tijdens de recentste spelen (Londen, 2012) was de Cassini I-dochter Rosalia la Silla (onder de Mexicaan Alberto Michan Halbinger) het succesvolste Holsteinse springpaard.

In de moederlijn vinden we een mix van

top Frans en Duits prestatiebloed. Molli I, de moeder van Cassira, is een dochter van Quidam de Revel uit een Ramiro Z-moeder.

Molli I leverde reeds meerdere internationale springcracks, o.a. Sidney VIII en Chewing Gum 3. Sidney VIII (v. Carry) en Steve Guerdat werden o.a. 3e in La Coruna (5*, 1m60, 2012), 2e in de GCT Londen Olympia (5*, 1m50, 2013), 3e in de GCT Lausanne (5*, 1m50, 2013), 3e in Bordeaux (5*, 1m50, 2014) en 1e in Doha (5*, 1m45, 2014). Met Shalva Gachechiladze in het zadel is Chewing Gum

3 (v. Carolus I) reeds enkele jaren met succes actief op 1m45 tot 1m60-niveau tijdens internationale springconcoursen.

Cassira heeft inmiddels zelf ook al bewezen dat goed bloed nooit liegt. In combinatie met Chellano Z schonk ze in 2009 het leven aan Chellsini Z. Als dekhengst werd Chellsini Z goedgekeurd in Studbook Zangersheide.

Chellsini II Z, een volle broer van Chellsini Z, werd in 2014 veilingtopper tijdens de allereerste Zangersheide Online Auction.

USED STALLION: EMERALD Cassira’s sire, Cassini I, jumped successfully up to M class in partnership with Bo Kristoffersen. Cassini I broke through at international level under the saddle of Franke Sloothaak. This duo collected many victories and honourable placings in Grand Prix, Nations’ Cups and World Cup classes during challenging tournaments such as Aachen, Hickstead, Rome, Göteborg, London and Rotterdam. Cassini I has a great reputation as a supplier of best showjumpers. Two of his descendants participated at the Athens Olympic Games (2004): Cumano (Jos Lansink) and Olympic (Steve Guerdat).

During the Olympic Games of Beijing (2008) the Cassini I son, Carlsson vom Dach (partnered with Will Simpson), was a member of the golden team. During the most recent Games (London 2012) the Cassini I daughter, Rosalia La Silla (under Mexican Alberto Michan Halbinger), was the most successful Holstein showjumper.

In Cassira’s dam line we meet a mix of top French and German performance blood. Molli I, Cassira’s dam, is a daughter of Quidam de Revel out of E-Ramira (by Ramiro Z). Molli I produced several international showjumpers, such as Sidney VIII and Chewing Gum 3. Sidney VIII (by Carry) and Steve Guerdat ended for instance third in La Coruna (5*, 1m60, 2012), second in London Olympia (GCT, 5*, 1m50, 2013), third in Lausanne (GCT, 5*, 1m50, 2013), third in Bordeaux (5*, 1m50, 2014) and first in Doha (5*, 1m45, 2014). For several years Chewing Gum 3 (by Carolus I) and her rider Shalva Gachechiladze have been performing successfully in international showjumping classes from 1m45 to 1m60.

We zijn zelf nog relatief nieuw in de paardenfokkerij, maar dat was onze eerste les. Aphrodite is de volle zus van Wizzard vd Donkhoeve en de halfzus van Utopia. Vijf paarden uit de stam sprongen 1.60m en er komen er nog aan. Omdat we de moeder Ramona vd Gavers kochten en een beloftevolle dochter hebben, kunnen we Aphrodite verkopen.”

Tony Raman: “As a breeder it’s important to start with a strong damline. We are also relatively new in the breeding world, but that was the first lesson that we were taught. Aphrodite vd Donkhoeve is the full sister to Wizzard and the half sister of Utopia vd Donkhoeve. Five horses from this family jumped 1.60m and there are more to come. Because we bought Ramona vd Gavers, Aphrodite’s mother, and because we already have some nice offspring, we applied for the auction.”

Volle zus van Wizzard vd Donkhoeve DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN ELVIS TER PUTTE Dankzij de “Flanders Mare Auction” heeft men de unieke kans om een topproduct te kunnen kopen uit de prestatiefokkerij van Gustaaf Quintelier, meer specifiek uit de BWPprestatiestam 61. Aphrodite van de Donkhoeve is de naam van de merrie die te koop wordt aangeboden. Haar vader, Canaletto, sprong zich op jonge leeftijd in de kijker, met o.a. een tweede plaats tijdens het Bundeschampionat.

Na deze glansprestatie werd hij verkocht aan de befaamde Deense familie Velin. Met Charlotte Velin in het zadel heeft Canaletto, onder de

sportnaam “Candaletto”, furore gemaakt in de internationale springsport, inclusief winst in de Grote Prijs van Helsinki. Canaletto’s moeder, Osterblume, is tevens de moeder van de internationale springcrack Libera (Jos Lansink en Hap Hansen) en de grootmoeder van Athletico ( jarenlang internationaal Grand Prix-springpaard onder het zadel van Ben Schröder).

Voor het moederschap van Aphrodite tekende Ramona van de Gaver, stammerrie van de BWP-

prestatiestam 61. Deze Chin Chin-dochter was verdienstelijk in de springsport. Onder het zadel van Kurt Declercq behaalde ze o.a. de zevende plaats tijdens de wereldkampioenschappen voor zevenjarige springpaarden in Lanaken.

Na haar carrière in de sport werd ze in de fokkerij ingezet. En niet zonder succes! Tot haar roemrijk nageslacht behoren o.a. Utopia van de Donkhoeve (Grant Wilson, Koen Vereecke en Pieter Devos, internationale vier- en vijfsterrenconcoursen, landenwedstrijden en dergelijke) en Wizard van de Donkhoeve, een

volle broer van Aphrodite van de Donkhoeve.

Wizard en Wilhelm Vermeir kunnen prat gaan op een rijk gevulde carrière in de nationale en internationale springsport. In 2011 nam Abdullah al Sharbatly de teugels over en behaalde met Wizard o.a. een 14e plaats tijdens een GCT-proef in Estoril (5*). Ramona van de Gaver is tevens de grootmoeder van het internationaal Grand Prix-springpaard Allegro van de Donkhoeve.

Ramona van de Gaver, Aphrodite’s dam, is the foundation dam of BWP performance line 61. This daughter of Chin Chin was successful in showjumping competitions. Roger Van Leeuwe: “Een mooier paard heb ik nooit gehad. Miss Cooper is op de prijskamp nog ongeslagen. Als jaarling werd ze gewestelijk, provinciaal en nationaal kampioen. Ze won ook meteen op haar eerste lokale wedstrijd in het vrij springen. Het is met spijt in het hart dat ik dit aankomend talent moet verkopen, maar ik ben 74 en heb mijn weides verkocht. Ik kan niet anders.”

Roger Van Leeuwe: “In my whole life I have never had a more beautiful horse than Miss Cooper. At the beauty competition she’s never been beaten so far. As a yearling she conquered the two and three-year-olds. She even became the national champion of BWP in 2013 and she was also winning her first loose jump competition.

I regret that I have to sell her, but I’m 74 and I have sold all my fields. I’m too old too keep horses.”

Ongeslagen op iedere prijskamp DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN CABRIO VD HEFFINCK Zoals haar naam reeds laat vermoeden, is Miss-Cooper een dochter van Cooper van de Heffinck. Deze elfjarige Caretinozoon heeft in het BWP de titel “Elitehengst springen”. En niet zonder reden. Onder het zadel van Olivier Philippaerts heeft Cooper zich jarenlang in de kijker gesprongen tijdens internationale springconcoursen, tot vijfsterrenniveau. Op hun palmares prijken o.a. de zege in Poznan (4*, 1m50), de 2e plaats in Spangenberg (3*, 1m50), de 6e plaats in Maastricht (3*, 1m45) en de 14e

plaats in Mechelen (5*, 1m45). Sedert eind 2014 schrijft Marina Vinnichenko een vervolg aan het succesverhaal van Cooper.

Via haar moeder, Riquette d’Elsendam, heeft Miss-Cooper het prestatiebloed geërfd van het wereldbekerpaard Olisco. Stella, de moeder van Olisco, is nota bene ook de moeder van de legendarische springpaardenvererver Quickstar. Riquette d’Elsendam is een halfzus van de internationale springcrack Quick Chin vd Elsendam, een Chin Chin-

zoon die onder Jan Motmans op 1m60niveau heeft gepresteerd, met onder andere winst in de Derby Topsport Vlaanderen (Lummen, 4*, 1m60) en 29e in de Derby van Hickstead (4*, 1m60). Picardi Chin van Elsendam, een volle zus van Quick Chin vd Elsendam, leverde in combinatie met Dollar de la Pierre het internationaal springpaard Ayton (Ivonne Balz Zechmann). Freedom van ’t Heike (Thomas Holz) en Gipsy van ’t Heike (sportnaam: Gipsy of Heritage, Jesus Torres), allebei actief in de internationale

In BWP this eleven-year-old son of Caretino carries the ‘elite showjumping stallion’ title. And not without good reason! For several years Cooper performed successfully in international showjumping tournaments (up to five stars) in partnership with Olivier Philippaerts. Some of his highlights: winner in Poznan (4*, 1m50), second place in Spangenberg (3*, 1m50), sixth place in Maastricht (3*, 1m45) and 14th place in Mechelen (5*, 1m45). Since December 2014 Marina Vinnichenko is writing the sequel to Cooper’s success story.

De vader van Querena luistert naar de naam Atilas d’Autan. Adeline Lefèvre en Atilas d’Autan hebben jarenlang het mooie weer gemaakt in de internationale springsport.

De vader van Querena’s moeder is Nicias III, een Brilloso-zoon die onder Pierre Delcourt zeer succesvol sprong op internationaal niveau. Nicias III leverde verscheidene internationale springcracks, zoals het wereldbekerpaard Arabian de Ste. Hermelle (Emile Hendrix en Sarah Watt). Met Luis Negrao in het zadel behaalde Querena de Sainte-Hermelle als vijfjarige verscheidene

zeges in Portugal. Eveneens interessant om te vermelden, is dat Querena zeer nauw verwant is met de internationale springcrack Kelvin de Sainte-Hermelle. Kelvin is net zoals Querena een product van Atilas d’Autan. Bovendien is Kelvins grootmoeder, Verena d’Arquennes, tevens de moeder van Querena. Onder het zadel van Nina Fagerström heeft Kelvin diverse ereplaatsen in de wacht gesleept tijdens internationale springconcoursen van vijfsterrenniveau.

Her sire is called Atilas d’Autan. For many years Adeline Lefèvre and Atilas d’Autan caused a furore on the international showjumping scene. Some of his highlights: fifth place in the ‘Sires of the World’ (Mechelen, 1998), fourth place in the Vichy Grand Prix (1m50, 1999), eight place in the Belgian showjumping championship for seniors (Kapellen, 2004), ninth place in the Derby of the Flanders (1m60, Lummen, 2004), 10th place in a 1m50 class in Lummen (2004), 13th place in the Barcelona Grand Prix (1m50, 2004), second place in a 1m45 class in Barcelona (2004) and ninth place in a 1m45 class in Vicenza (CSI 3*, 1m45, 2005). From 2000 until 2008 Parco played a leading role on the international showjumping scene in partnership with Ludo Philippaerts. We hapten toe omdat we toch al een heleboel interessante jonge merries uit de stam hebben. Voor een jonge fokker biedt FMA dan ook een mooie kans om een merrielijn als deze aan te schaffen.”

Geert Somers: “We hesitated for a while when Sven Bols asked us to bring Centa in the auction. We agreed because we still have a bunch young fillies out of this damline that brought us the stallions Cadence and Okidoki Van ’t Gelutt. With Centa, FMA gives young breeders a huge chance to acquire a sport proven damline.

’t Gelutt Z, werd als dekhengst goedgekeurd in het AES en werd in 2006 ex-aequo winnaar van het Belgisch kampioenschap voor vierjarige springpaarden in Gesves. De Lux Z-dochter Luxtria van ’t Gelutt Z, een halfzus van Centa van ’t Gelutt Z, kan prat gaan op een rijk gevulde carrière in de internationale springsport (onder verschillende ruiters zoals Otto Becker, Jérôme Guery en Franz-Josef Dahlmann). Op tienjarige leeftijd werd Luxtria verkocht naar de Verenigde Staten om er een vervolg te schrijven aan haar succesverhaal,

met Chloe Field in het zadel. Voor de fokkerij leverde Luxtria o.a. de BWP-goedgekeurde hengst Okidoki van ’t Gelutt Z. Harrie Smolders heeft in 2013 en 2014 met Okidoki op 1m35-1m40-niveau gepresteerd tijdens internationale twee- en driesterrenjumpings.

Sedert februari 2015 wordt de negenjarige Okidoki in de internationale springsport uitgebracht door Sam Polleunis. La Pomme v’t Gelutt Z, eveneens een halfzus van Centa, springt in Italië op 1m40-niveau onder het zadel van Beatrice Calvi.

Luxtria van ’t Gelutt Z (by Lux Z), a half-sister to Centa van ’t Gelutt Z, made a career in the international showjumping world, in partnership with several riders, such as Otto Becker, Jérôme Guery and Franz-Josef Dahlmann. At the age of 10, Luxtria was sold to the United States where Chloe Field wrote the sequel to Luxtria’s international success story. In the breeding world Luxtria produced for instance the BWP approved stallion Okidoki van ’t Gelutt Z. Partnered with Harrie Smolders, Okidoki performed in international 1m35 to 1m40 showjumping classes (two- and three-star) in 2013 and 2014.

In February 2015 Sam Polleunis started to compete with the nineyear-old Okidoki. La Pomme v’t Gelutt Z, another half-sister to Centa, jumps in Italy at 1m40 level under the saddle of Beatrice Calvi.

Ik verkocht haar als jong paard, maar kocht haar terug om er een veulen uit te fokken. Omdat me dat gelukt is, kwam ik tot een overeenkomst met Flanders Mare Auction om haar aan te bieden.”

Dirk Zagers: “Do you want to taste an overdose of quality? Then try Folie Bergères. I never had a horse with more electricity than this French mare. I sold her as a young horse, but bought her back to breed. Because I have good offspring now, I agreed with the Flanders Mare Auction to offer her for sale.”

De bekendste daarvan is Vainqueur de Cheux, een Grand Veneur-zoon die in 1991 als dekhengst werd goedgekeurd in het BWP. Zijn halfbroer Jericho de Cheux (v. Dandy du Plape) heeft de volgende indexen achter zijn naam: ISO 138 (2009) en BSO +13 (0,6). Hij heeft op

BWP I Mare I Grey I 2009 I VAT: Yes Tom De Craene: “Door het sterke lobbywerk van het Flanders Mare Auction team ben ik toch gezwicht om Jinta vd Bisschop te koop aan te bieden. Het plan was om haar zelf bij te houden voor de fokkerij. Ze heeft ons al drie veulens gegeven die allemaal goed verkocht zijn. Jinta gaf jaar na jaar een veulen en werd daarom nooit zadelmak gemaakt. Haar volle zus Kaprice loopt wel Cyclus en belooft bijzonder veel.”

Tom De Craene: “The Flanders Mare Auction crew has been lobbying hard to get this mare in the catalogue. I didn’t intend to sell her, but finally admitted.

Jinta has already given us three foals which have been sold successfully.

She’s been breeding since she was a two-year-old. That’s why she’s never been broken or tested in the sport. Her full sister jumps the National Cyclus in Belgium and seems to be extremely promising.”

Uit de halfzus van Quasimodo en Action Breaker DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN COMME IL FAUT Voor het vaderschap van Jinta VD Bisschop tekende Caspar, een zoon van Cassini I uit Estia (v. Caretino). De moederlijn van Caspar is een aaneenschakeling van bewezen prestatiebloed.

Estia heeft onder de sportnamen “Coba” en “Cathleen W” sterk gepresteerd, respectievelijk onder Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst en Marc Wirths. Ostia, de grootmoeder van Estia, kan onder haar sportnaam “Frimella” prat gaan op een rijk gevuld sportpalmares en dit onder het zadel van Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst. Caspar “himself” prijkt in de galerij van de roemrijkste

springpaarden ter wereld. Onder zijn sportnaam “Eurocommerce Berlin” behaalde Caspar gouden teammedailles tijdens het WK in Aken (2006) en het EK in Mannheim (2007).

Onder Gerco en Wim Schröder verzamelde Eurocommerce Berlin tal van zeges en ereplaatsen tijdens vijfsterrenjumpings. Op basis van zijn nakomelingen behoort Caspar tot de beste springpaardenleveranciers ter wereld.

Jinta voert niet alleen via haar vaderlijn, maar ook via haar moederlijn prestatiebloed (BWP-

prestatiestam 57). Estia performed very well under the sporting names Coba and Cathleen W, respectively under Alois PollmannSchweckhorst and Marc Wirths. Haar eerste dochter Kastoria ter Doorn (Diamant de Semilly) won twee jaar geleden het nationaal BWP-kampioenschap vrij springen in de Moervelden. Zelf bulkte ze ook van talent. Steven Van Britsom: “Himarra ter Doorn, a blood mare by the top breeding stallion Lord Z, had to become a first class broodmare! Her first daughter Kastoria ter Doorn, by Diamant de Semilly, won the national BWP championship of loose jumping two years ago. She had a picture perfect jumping technique also herself. Himarra has won a loose jump contest when she was young as well. In the national young horse circuit in Belgium she produced six clear rounds.”

Moeder van een nationale kampioen DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN THUNDER VD ZUUTHOEVE In de stamtafel van Himarra ter Doorn staat Lord Z als vader te boek. Zijn vader, Lord, is ongetwijfeld één van de meest invloedrijke en waardevolle zonen van de volbloed Ladykiller xx. Een goedgekeurde volle broer van Lord Z noemt Lord Corlandus. Op jonge leeftijd liet Lord Z reeds zien dat hij uit het allerbeste prestatiehout was gesneden, o.a. tijdens het Bundeschampionat en het WK voor zesjarige springpaarden in Zangersheide. Doorheen de aderen van Dolifore ter Doorn, de moeder van Himarra ter Doorn, vloeit eveneens prestatiebloed. Dolifore (sportnaam: Clonaslea) heeft onder de Spanjaard Edouardo Alvarez Aznar deelgenomen aan internationale springconcoursen van niveau vijf sterren. Himarra’s grootmoeder Olidame

van de Padenborre bracht naast Dolifore nog meerdere succesvolle springpaarden, zoals Galipolli ter Doorn (een Heartbreaker-dochter die in 2013 onder Fabrice Galdini de zevende plaats behaalde in de troosting van het WK voor zevenjarigen in Lanaken), Ellechin ter Doorn (deze Chin Chin-dochter presteerde zeer goed bij de zevenjarigen en sprong in 2012 op achtjarige leeftijd op 1m45-niveau onder Christophe David) en For Fun ter Doorn (een For Pleasure-dochter die zich in 2012 in de kijker sprong onder het zadel van Nick Van Laer

én tevens de moeder is van de goedgekeurde BWP-hengst Kentucky ter Doorn).

Himarra ter Doorn werd door Steven Van Britsom uitgebracht in de cyclus voor vijfjarige springpaarden. In deze cyclus realiseerde het duo verscheidene foutloze manches. In combinatie met Diamant de Semilly schonk Himarra in 2010 het leven aan Kastoria ter Doorn. Drie jaar na haar geboorte werd Kastoria tijdens de BWP-fokkerijdag gelauwerd als winnares van het vrij springen.

USED STALLION: THUNDER VD ZUUTHOEVE Himarra ter Doorn’s sire is Lord Z. His sire, Lord, is undoubtedly one of the most valuable sons of the Thoroughbred Ladykiller xx. The approved stallion Lord Corlandus is a full brother to Lord Z. Lord Z showed his showjumping qualities already as a youngster, for instance during the ‘Bundeschampionat’ and the World championship for six-year-old horses in Zangersheide. Subsequently, Lord Z made his international début, initially under the saddle of Franke Sloothaak, later partnered with John Whitaker.

Lord Z collected many victories and honourable placings during the biggest international showjumping tournaments.

Through the veins of Dolifore ter Doorn, the dam of Himarra ter Doorn, performance blood is also running. Patrick Gansbeke: “Corina Z is nog afkomstig van de veiling in Mechelen. Ze was een beloftevolle merrie die onder Lieven Devos goed heeft gepresteerd.

In de fokkerij vererfde ze haar springtechniek. Een nakomeling van Montender staat op Stephex Stables. Een andere zoon is goedgekeurd als dekhengst. Corina Z is bovendien één van de nog zeldzame dochters van topvererver Caretino in België.”

Patrick Gansbeke: “Corina Z comes from the exclusive sport horse auction of Jumping Mechelen. She was a very promising young horse and proved that under the saddle of Lieven De Vos. Afterwards she passed on her jumping technique to her foals. A son of Montender is at Stephex Stables. Another one is approved as a stallion.

Corina Z is one of the rare daughters of Holstein star stallion Caretino.”

Caretino-dochter drachtig van For Pleasure!

DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN FOR PLEASURE Caretano Z, de vader van Corina Z, heeft op jonge leeftijd zijn debuut in de springsport niet gemist! Onder het zadel van Jos Lansink behaalde hij in 1998 de vijfde plaats tijdens het WK voor zesjarige springpaarden in Zangersheide. Een jaar later werd hij op domein Zangersheide gelauwerd als wereldkampioen van de zevenjarige springpaarden. In 2000 verzamelde hij tal van ereplaatsen tijdens internationale springwedstrijden. Onder zijn vaste stalruiter, Jos Lansink, nam hij in 2001 deel aan de wereldbekerfinale in Göteborg.

In datzelfde jaar sloeg het noodlot toe. Een

liesbreuk werd de veelbelovende Caretano Z fataal. Via zijn moeder, Bravo, behoort Caretano Z tot de zeer waardevolle Holsteinse fokfamilie 104a. Bravo is trouwens ook de moeder van de hoog aangeschreven springpaardenvererver Contendro en diens volle broer Contendro II. De moeder van Corina Z luistert naar de naam Ria. Ze is een dochter van Latano, een Landgraf I-zoon die in de internationale springsport heeft gepresteerd. Ria’s moeder, Jezabel, leverde in combinatie met Phin Phin de internationale springcrack Avenir. Met Abdel Saïd in het zadel,

maakte Avenir furore in de springsport van de bovenste plank, met o.a. zeges in Wiesbaden (2010, 4*, 1m50), Antwerpen (2010, 4*, 1m50), 2e in de GP van Antwerpen (2010, 4*, 1m55), 5e in de GP van Londen Olympia (2009, 5*, 1m60), 12e in de GP van Mechelen (2009, 5*, 1m50), etc. Daarna heeft Christine Tribble McCrea een vervolg geschreven aan het internationaal succesverhaal van Avenir, met o.a. diverse top tien plaatsen in wereldbekerproeven. In de moederlijn van Corina Z bespeuren nog meer internationale springpaarden, zoals Hartwich-K (sportnaam: Scallywag, Erich Krügl), V Nancy

In 2004 ging Corina Z op driejarige leeftijd onder de hamer tijdens de veiling van Mechelen. Daarna werd ze in de fokkerij ingezet. In 2006 schonk ze het leven aan Grand Corona d’Heyboght (v.

Montender), in 2011 finaliste tijdens het WK voor vijfjarige springpaarden in Lanaken. Ze werd toen bereden door Yves Vanderhasselt.

USED STALLION: FOR PLEASURE As a youngster, Caretano Z, Corina Z’s sire, didn’t miss his début in the showjumping world! In 1998 he finished fifth in the World Championship for sixyear-old showjumpers in Zangersheide in partnership with Jos Lansink. One year later he was laurelled in Zangersheide as the seven-year-old showjumping world champion. In 2000 he collected many victories and honourable placings during international showjumping competitions. In 2001 he participated at the World Cup final in Göteborg, once again in partnership with his rider Jos Lansink. In the same year, however, the promising Caretano Z suffered a fatal inguinal hernia. Via his dam, Bravo, Caretano Z belongs to the valuable Holstein performance family 104a.

Bravo is also the dam of the famous progenitor Contendro and his full brother Contendro II.

Partnered with Abdel Saïd, Avenir caused a furore in the showjumping world, including victories in Wiesbaden (2010, 4*, 1m50), Antwerp (2010, 4*, 1m50), second in the Antwerp Grand Prix (2010, 4*, 1m55), fifth in the London Olympia Grand Prix (2009, 5*, 1m60), 12th in the Mechelen Grand Prix (2009, 5*, 1m50), etc. Later, Christine Tribble McCrea wrote the sequel to Avenir’s international success story, including several top 10 rankings in World Cup classes.

Luc Henry: “Normally a mare like Eclipse would stay in our family, but when my father got ill, I took over sixty horses from him. That’s too much, so I had to sell some. Eclipse is a daughter of Linotte de Sohan, the favorite pet of my father! Linotte has given him Virtuose d’Hyrencourt, the stallion of Jos Lansink, which goes to the Europeans in Aachen for Norway.”

“Ik heb Caipirinha als vierjarige nog uitgebracht. Gudrun Patteet reed ermee in Gesves. Het was een beloftevol en ook een heel mooi paard.

Ze gaf al een knappe dochter van Diamant de Semilly, maar Denzel vh Meulenhof, waarvan ze nu is gedekt, zou er nog beter op moeten passen.

Dat is een super concourspaard waarvan we nog gaan horen. Caiparinha’s moeder Nelke vh Waterschoot was dat ook, dus dit zou de perfecte kruising moeten zijn.”

Kurt De Clercq: “I have competed Caipirinha as a four-year-old. Gudrun Patteet qualified on her for the Belgian championship in Gesves that same year. Later on she’s given us a wonderful daughter of Diamant de Semilly, but Denzel vh Meulenhof, this year’s partner for her, will give an even better result. He’s a super competitive stallion, just like Caipirinha’s mother Nelke vh Waterschoot was!”

DRACHTIG/GEDEKT VAN DENZEL VH MEULENHOF Voor het vaderschap van Caipirinha van het Waterschoot Z tekende Calvaro (Holsteinse stam 8813). In 1997 werd Jos Lansink Nederlands kampioen jumping met Calvaro. In het internationaal jumpingcircuit was Calvaro een absolute tophengst. Hij nam deel aan de Olympische spelen (Sydney, 2000), Europese kampioenschappen (Mannheim (1997) en Hickstead (1999)), wereldruiterspelen (Rome, 1998) en een wereldbekerfinale (Göteborg, 1999). Calvaro behaalde

tevens tal van zeges en ereplaatsen in zwaar gedoteerde concoursen (o.a. Aken, Calgary en Londen). Talrijke producten van Calvaro traden of treden in zijn sporen zoals Phirst du Chai, Calavda Z, Boyfriend du Seigneur, Cabriolet Z, Callas Sitte Z, Stardust Quinhon en Katchina Mail.

Caipirinha is een smaakvolle cocktail met top-ingrediënten. Via haar moederlijn kreeg ze een fikse scheut prestatiebloed van Nelke van het Waterschoot. Nelke’s

grootmoeder, Simba, ligt aan de basis van de BWP-prestatiestam 18. Nelke kan prat gaan op een rijk gevulde carrière in de springsport. Aanvankelijk boekte Stefaan De Smet met Nelke het ene succes na het andere, later schreef Gudrun Patteet een vervolg aan Nelke’s succesverhaal.

Daarnaast bleek Nelke ook voor de fokkerij bijzonder waardevol te zijn. Ze tekende voor het moederschap van o.a. Shindler de Muze (werd als dekhengst goedgekeurd) en Paris van het Waterschoot Z (deze

ex-aequo winnares van de cyclus voor vierjarige springpaarden is de moeder van het internationaal springpaard Glasgow de Muze, met Fabio Crotta in het zadel).

Nelke is tevens de grootmoeder van verscheidene goedgekeurde hengsten zoals Carpe Diem VH Waterschoot Z, Jericho van de Maltahoeve, Jule de Lauzelle en Le Coultre de Muze. Parcival VH Waterschoot, een volle broer van Nelke, vertolkte een hoofdrol in de internationale springscène onder het zadel van Tim Stockdale.

USED STALLION: DENZEL VH MEULENHOF Caipirinha van het Waterschoot Z’s sire is Calvaro (Holstein family 8813). In 1997 Calvaro became Dutch showjumping champion in partnership with Jos Lansink. Calvaro was a great performer on the international showjumping circuit. He participated at the Olympic Games (Sydney, 2000), European championships (Mannheim (1997) and Hickstead (1999)), World Equestrian Games (Rome, 1998) and the World Cup final in Göteborg (1999). Calvaro also collected many victories and honourable placings in challenging tournaments (for instance in Aachen, Calgary and London).

Many descendants of Calvaro followed or are following in his hoofprints, such as Phirst du Chai, Calavda Z, Boyfriend du Seigneur, Cabriolet Z, Callas Sitte Z, Stardust Quinhon and Katchina Mail.

Caipirinha is a veritable cocktail with top ingredients. Via her dam line she has the performance blood of Nelke van het Waterschoot. Simba, Nelke’s grandmother, is the foundation dam of BWP performance line 18. Nelke made a career in the showjumping world, in the beginning partnered with Stefaan De Smet and afterwards with Gudrun Patteet.

Nelke also seemed to be very valuable in the breeding world. She produced for instance Shindler de Muze (who was approved as a stallion) and Paris van het Waterschoot Z (ex-aequo winner of the cycle for four-year-old showjumping horses. Paris is also the dam of the international showjumper Glasgow de Muze (Fabio Crotta).

Moreover, Nelke is the grandmother of several approved stallions, such as Carpe Diem VH Waterschoot Z, Jericho van de Maltahoeve, Jule de Lauzelle and Le Coultre de Muze. Partnered with Tim Stockdale, Parcival VH Waterschoot, a full brother to Nelke, played a leading role on the international showjumping scene.
