Who We Are: Prime Produce is a guild for social good, where we practice the craft of intentionally serving others through our work. Our community operates a 501(c)3 non-profit, Prime Produce Limited, and a membership cooperative, Prime Produce Apprentice Cooperative Ltd. We are an intentional community of cultivation; we nourish practices of intentional service. Part thinktank, part creative collective, and part social network, we believe that through our collaborative, creative, and ambitious initiatives, we can mutually inspire and enhance the life-affirming communities around us. Our community members invent new not-for-profit initiatives and social enterprises. We learn and we teach new ways to embody positive change. We cocreate works of art. We are a coalition lifetime students committed to the craft of life practices that serve the greater good. Also, we throw multi-organizational benefit parties called “Open Benefits.�
Open Benefits: Prime Produce devised and produced the first “Open Benefit” in 2010. Since then, Open Benefits have been held in New York City, San Francisco, and Honolulu. 100% of net proceeds from each themed event is donated to participating not-forprofits, proportional to their attendance. By bringing together young leadership and support networks in the nonprofit sector, we foster relationship-building within the while simultaneously raising money for worthwhile causes. Whether interactive arts events or winter pool parties, each open benefit is a blend of wholesome fun, novel execution, and unadulterated goodness. Lady Luck 2017: This is the inaugural Open Benefit at the newly renovated Prime Produce Guild for Good in Hell’s Kitchen, benefiting some of NYC’s most vital women-led and womenfocused initiatives. Event participants will wager tokens in games of chance and skill to win sponsored prizes. The evening will feature: • Monte Carlo style games, hosted by partner orgs • Re-imagined, she-imagined tabletop games • Drinks & hors d’oeuvres • Live art and silent art auction

Who’s Coming to the Lady Luck 2017: NYC-based chapters of 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations are welcomed to join the official registry and benefit financially from this Open Benefit. The Prime Produce NFP registry has included over 100 recipient organizations, which range from established household names (Save The Children, American Cancer Society) to growing initiatives (She’s The First, Emerging Leaders in Technology & Engineering) to the freshest generation of not-for-profit upstarts. NFP representatives and supporters for these organizations will be in attendance. Our events bring together a diverse crowd of conscientious, active 21-45 year olds. Partnership Benefits: • Promotion to an audience of 21-45 year old social innovators and urban change-makers • Partnership credit in written materials and multimedia, including digital invitations, press releases, and other event promotions.
