The City of Poulsbo is hosting a community open house to seek residents' input on the future of Poulsbo as represented in its comprehensive plan. The Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20th from 5:30‐7:30 p.m. at Poulsbo City Hall Council Chambers. The results of the community questionnaire as well as other information related to the comprehensive plan update will be available at the open house. All interested residents and business owners are encouraged to stop by anytime during the open house.

Poulsbo named one of the “Best Places to Start a Business in Washington”

The City of Poulsbo as one of the top 10 places to start a business in Washing‐ ton by NerdWallet, a consumer finance site. The ranking was based on business climate and local economic health. Poulsbo is cited as having Scandinavian charm and a picturesque waterfront location, a popular destination for tourists which has helped sustain nearly 1,500 businesses. For fifteen seasons, the Jewel Box Theatre, located at 225 Iverson Street, has regularly put on theater productions from live, musicals to comedic dramas to youth productions.
