Projects
COCA-COLA ANDINA RIO DE JANEIRO/RJ Beverages Distribution Center located in Rio de Janeiro, with 8.600 m², including an Inventory Sector, Maneuvering Area and an Administration Building, with 4 floors, including a parking lot, sales offices, management office, cafeteria, locker rooms and an auditorium. The area was designed according to GBC (Green Global Council) standards of sustainability and is in the process of being certified by LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). It adopts simple solutions such as river water reutilization, natural lighting and ventilation, which promote environment thermal comfort and internal temperature control, as well as cutting edge technology such as LED dimmers and photovoltaic lighting systems to generate energy.
SIG COMBIBLOC CAMPO LARGO/PR New aseptic cardboard packages plant from Sig Combibloc, in Campo Largo, with 31.000 m² of constructed area. The building was constructed by Plaenge Industrial in the turnkey system. A strategic Plan was developed aligned with all company growth steps, including water and energy supply. Project scope also included project approvals, public agency licenses and connection with water and energy supply companies. Implementation of all civil construction steps form earth moving, structures and HVAC systems , utilities, electrical, hydraulic, fire prevention, automation of the detection system and installation of piperacks, boiler and transformers. Printing building with a positive pressure system and a 77 meter utilities tunnel constructed in the bobbins production area.
COCA-COLA FEMSA MARINGÁ/PR Project 1 – Electrical mechanical assembly of the soft drinks plant, including sanitary installations according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Processing and (manufacturing and two bottling lines) and utilities (electricity, compressed air, air-conditioning, refrigeration, vapor/ condensed, effluents, etc.) equipment. Assembly of the industrial water recovery system for trucks and floors washing and garden irrigation and the Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Electrical-mechanical assembly of the Industrial Effluents Treatment Plant (IETP). Project 2 – Expansion of the soft drinks Plant in Maringá in the turnkey modality. Total constructed area of 44.500 m² and 26.000 m² of paved streets. This project was awarded two LEED certificates: Gold for the locker rooms and Silver for the manufacturing area. Architecture took advantage of the natural unevenness of terrain and created a solution that benefitted the production process, optimizing input flow and improving operational performance. It became a reference for the Coca-Cola system for its innovative solution and outstanding energy performance. Projects hired by Spaipa, currently a property of Coca-Cola Femsa.
UNICURITIBA CURITIBA/PR Expansion of the Curitiba Campus, including the development of electrical and hydraulic projects, demolition, civil construction projects and electrical and hydraulic installations. Project with modern architecture including connecting walkways between existing buildings with skin glass and Aluminium Composite Material (ACM). Constructed area: 12.000 m².
GEO ENERGÉTICA TAMBOARA/PR Construction of a 100% green power plant from organic residues recycling and biogas production. This innovative, Gold LEED certified project was placed among the top 43 buildings ranked in the world, with punctuation above national average, reaching the status of great relevance in the context of the certification.
MATTE LEÃO FAZENDA RIO GRANDE/PR First Brazilian industry certified with the LEED seal from GBC (Green Building Council). Industrial building, technical rooms, social building with relaxation, leisure areas and locker rooms, cafeteria, main gate and bike rea, a total of 18.000 m² of constructed area built according to the organization’s standards. The project used regional materials and a green roof to provide thermal comfort, special earth- based paints, reforested wood structure (eucalyptus) and zenith lighting in all buildings. The construction also included solar energy water heating and rainwater reuse systems.
COCA-COLA FEMSA MARÍLIA/SP Expansion of the soft drinks plant with 37.000 m², in Marília. In this project, Plaenge Industrial developed two industrial floor plates without an expansion joint, for an area of 4.800 and 6.200 m², respectively. A technology for prestressed floors was developed to meet this client’s specific need in the picking area to avoid maintenance of both floor and forklifts wheels. The result was so satisfactory that the company adopted it as the standard solution for new projects in the storage and soft drinks kits assembly. Project hired by Spaipa, currently a property of Coca-Cola Femsa.
ELEVADORES ATLAS SCHINDLER S.A. LONDRINA/PR
Civil and electrical project development, civil construction and industrial assembly for the elevators and escalators plant in Londrina, with equipment transfer from São Paulo. Pre-molded reinforced concrete structure, reinforced concrete floor for heavy traffic, Closing and roofing metal structures. Electrical system including a 138 – 34.5 KV high voltage entry and lowerng substation of 138 - 34,5 kV and 34,5 - 13,8 kV, medium voltage substations of 13,8 kV - 380/220 V distributed throughout the plant. Atmospheric discharge protection system and grounding, fire prevention system. Truck weighing scale, air compressed supply system, Paint residue treatment system. Assembly of overhead cranes, machinery, equipment and paint booths. Constructed area: 34.809,36 m².
COAMO COOPERATIVA AGRÍCOLA MOURÃOENSE LTDA CAMPO MOURÃO/PR AND FÊNIX/PR Campo Mourão/PR – Construction of civil projects for the oil plant in Campo Mourão, with a constructed area of 6.528,47 m². The project included the construction of a complex of manufacturing buildings: office, laboratory, repair shop, warehouse, pallets warehouse, preparation building, palletization building, extraction equipment bases, conditioner and dryer. Fênix/PR – Development of a civil project for the Fênix Cotton gin with a total area of 3.371,50 m². Project included a barn for receiving whole cottonseed, cotton machine house and lint warehouse.
BEAULIEU DO BRASIL LTDA PONTA GROSSA/PR Conceptual and executive project development, civil projects and electrical –mechanical assembly for the Beaulieu do Brasil Ltda textile industrial plant in Ponta Grossa, with 25.500 m². Designed for the production of rugs and carpets with an industrial floor for heavy traffic made of high- resistance reinforced concrete, high and medium voltage electrical system, industrial water distribution, 100-ton silo for raw material storage, cooling and heating systems for the industrial process and air compressed distribution system.
