The Pinto World Championship isn’t just about equine competition. Many special family-friendly activities were held during the two weeks in Tulsa. These included the PWC Welcome Party with free food and drinks, the Youth and Amateur Ice Cream Social and

many more. The PWC Dog Show is a favorite among many youth and adults alike. This year, the dog show held events ranging from owner look alike, a costume class, an obstacle course and a trickster class.

The Open Costume Class is a wellknown and long standing tradition at the Pinto World Championship. Exhibitors who participate in the class have the opportunity to really show off their true, imaginative and creative sides. The Costume class showed some stiff competition, but the winning prize went to the Native American riding a Pinto. Raggedy Ann and Andy came in as Reserve Champion. The costumes ranged from “The Avengers,” race horses and jockeys, and even a carousel horse and rider. The night was filled with fun and excitement from all
