Recovery Sunday, September 17, 2017 September is Recovery Month and here at Christ Church we will observe Recovery Sunday on September 17 at all three services. Recovery deals with all manners of substance and behavioral addictions---from alcohol and drugs to compulsive gambling, shopping, and overeating to name a few. We are all aware of the crisis in this country related to opioid pain killer addiction. In fact 4 of the top 20 cities in the US in rates of opioid addiction are in North Carolina. But there is hope for all who suffer and for those affected by another's addiction. Come and learn more and receive the message of hope and grace.
