MESSAGE FROM YOUR ORNL FCU BOARD CHAIR At ORNL Federal Credit Union, we are continually focused on providing value to the members and communities that we serve. This was demonstrated in 2019 through strong financial performance, an increased special dividend to the membership, and continued investment in branch innovation. A FEW HIGHLIGHTS FROM 2019: For the second year in a row, a Special Dividend was awarded to members based on their total loan and deposit relationships. In 2019, we were able to increase the Special Dividend to $4 million. Along with the Special Dividend payment, four members were randomly selected to have their ORNL FCU auto loans paid off in full. Our Maryville Branch relocated from its in-store location to a newly renovated and full-service branch on US Highway 411. In addition, the Karns and Lenoir City branches were remodeled, modernized, and re-branded. We have now completed 11 branch remodels since 2016. Our Summer Sessions concert series in Oak Ridge continued for the second year and had even greater attendance than the first year. We were recognized by Forbes Magazine as a Top 100 Credit Union in the United States and second in the state of Tennessee. Call Center services were expanded to 24/7 offering members greater convenience. More information can be found in our 2019 Annual Report, available at ornlfcu.com. On behalf of your Board of Directors, thank you for making ORNL FCU your financial partner.

Randy Gorman, Board of Directors Chair

CELEBRATE OUR REGION’S ART, CULTURE, AND NATURAL BEAUTY! Celebrate the natural and cultural beauty of East Tennessee this spring with Dogwood Arts and ORNL FCU! Since 1961, Dogwood Arts has produced dynamic events and programs featuring blooming gardens and trails, visual arts, music, theater, dance, and literary arts. The organization started with the Dogwood Trails, first established in 1955, and those trails remain a focal point of the annual festivities.
