First Confession/First Communion
The meeting for parents/guardians of students in grade 2 or older who plan to celebrate Reconciliation and Eucharist this school year, for the first time, is Wed. Sept. 25, 7:00 p.m. All parents/guardians are expected to attend this important meeting at the school. Students baptized outside of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish must have a Roman Catholic baptismal certificate. The Enrolment Ceremony for candidates for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist will be at all weekend Masses Sept. 28/29.

Renovation and Reuse of a Heritage Site 7pm Wednesday Sept. 25, Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, 53 Yonge St. Sponsored by the Portsmouth District Community Association; a presentation by the Archives Project Team. The meeting is an opportunity to learn about the repurposing of the Church of the Good Thief as a Religious Archives and the development of the surrounding property for much needed residential housing.
