Bulletin Items – June 21, 2020 12th Sunday in Ordinary Time 1. Mass Schedule The Mass schedule is as follows – please note the changes to the weekday Masses: Weekday Masses: Wednesday 9:30 a.m. Thursday 9:30 a.m. Friday 9:30 a.m. Weekend Masses: Saturday 5:15 p.m. Sunday 9:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m. There will be no Mass scheduled on Monday or Tuesday. This will allow the church to be unoccupied for 72 hours after weekend Masses – ideal in this time of virus.

2. Parish Office Be advised that the Parish Office remains closed in accordance with the COVID-19 directives. You may telephone the office with requests for Masses and any other needs. Your call will be returned and if necessary, an appointment may be made.

3. Parish Council:

Thank you to the new parish council. Chairperson: Liz Devlin Secretary: Allison Coyle Past Chair: Sean Gazeley We offer our congratulations, prayers, and support to you.

4. WorshipSafe Leadership Liz Devlin and Mike Taylor are the appointed Team Leaders. According to the guidelines of the WorshipSafe protocol of the Archdiocese, we have organized and trained volunteers to serve as ushers, cleaners, lectors, and extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion. More volunteers are welcome and needed. Please call the Parish Office to help with the care and safety of all.

5. Thank you to Jenna LeBlanc! Thank you to Jenna LeBlanc, who has donated $1,400 for the replacement of the original plate glass church window at the foot of the organ aisle of the church. We are grateful for this gift in memory of Bill LeBlanc.

6. Thank you to the Fundraising Committee Thank you to the Fundraising Committee, who has completed its 10-year mandate to raise $500,000. We are grateful for the generosity, dedication, and perseverance of Elaine Clarke, who chaired this committee, all final and former members, and all


who supported, participated, and served. You have overseen the response of $447,789.84. Congratulations and well done!

7. First Holy Communion and Confirmation Information regarding the celebration of first Holy Communion and Confirmation will be forth coming soon.

8. Thank you for the flowers Thank you to the family who donated flowers to the Blessed Sacrament’s Presence during the Easter Season and the weeks of the Solemnities.

9. The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) will continue to be celebrated before weekday Masses and Saturday afternoon (4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.). There will be no Confessions on Sunday morning. Those who prefer an appointment for Confession, when there will be more privacy, are welcome to contact the Parish Office. All are reminded that the physical distancing (6 feet) is required, even during Confessions.
