Campaign Life Coalition Christmas Cakes | Delicious custom baked Christmas cakes will be sold after all Masses on Nov. 17/18 and Nov. 24/25. For a donation of $25 to CLC’s Pro-life work you will receive a beautiful boxed deluxe Christmas cake. We also have a regular bar cake for $18. They make great Christmas gifts! Christmas Donations The CWL is helping to support the Street Mission in Kingston by providing Christmas gift bags this year. We are asking for donations of small personal items (e.g., soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, Nutri-grain bars, etc.) that could be included in the gift bags. CWL members and all parishioners may leave their donations in the CWL box in the vestibule (until Nov. 13), or bring it to the CWL general meeting on Nov. 13. Thanks for your continued support.

Archdiocesan Choir 2018-2019 Invitation to New Members Anyone who takes part in the Music Ministry of a parish in the Archdiocese of Kingston, or who can read music relatively well, is invited to sing for Archdiocesan Liturgies. All rehearsals and liturgies are held at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception. The choir will sing at the Archdiocesan Feast of the Immaculate Conception and Ordination to the Deaconate on December 7, 7:30 PM, at the Rite of Election on March 10, and at the Chrism Mass on April 16. There will be at least one choir rehearsal proceeding each Liturgy. The Catholic Women’s Leadership Foundation (CWLF) is accepting applications for its 2019 Leadership Program for Canadian Catholic women. The program will be facilitated by the Providence School of Transformative Leadership and Spirituality at Saint Paul University in Ottawa. Jamaica Fish Fry Nov. 9 at Holy Cross C.S.S., 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. “All you can eat.” Main course served with salad, refreshments & desserts. Tickets $15 ($10 for children 10 & under). Take out available. Vendors Request: In support of the Jamaica Mission Trip Nov. 9, we will host vendors and crafters for the first time this year from 3-7 pm. If you are a vendor and/or crafter and would like to reserve a table for $30, please email melojenn@alcdsb.on.ca The 2018 Hotel Dieu Hospital - St. Mary’s Cathedral Coat Drive will be collecting warm, washable (ski-jacket style) coats to Nov. 16. Extra-large sizes (men’s and women’s) are especially needed. Washable thermal socks, mitts, hats and blankets also needed.
