Refugee Update
Volunteers continue to work hard in their preparations to receive the Syrian family of 5, presently waiting for final notifications in Kuwait. As their work visas in that country expire in early August, we are increasingly anxious that the final paperwork will be completed soon. In the meantime, our work continues. We are grateful for all of the support offered by parishioners of talent, time and treasure. The committee now has a small storage locker to maintain donations in kind. Pilgrimage to Barcelona, Lourdes and Rome
2017 marks the 50th Anniversary of the founding of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. Your Anniversary Sub-Committee has been planning events to commemorate this important parish milestone. We are well underway with plans for our PILGRIMAGE TO BARCELONA, LOURDES and ROME. The date of the Pilgrimage is from October 10th to the 20th, 2014. Seats may be reserved with a deposit of $250.00 which is fully refundable until April 11, 2017.
