2 Good to know: If we learn how to use spices beneficially, they become our friends. There are 6 tastes -- we know: sweet, sour, salty, but not so well: bitter, pungent (Latin pungere to sting), astringent (Latin ad+stringere bind, draw together).

All 6 tastes should be in every meal, so that our body feels satisfied after meal -- does not feel ´something missing´ which it does not know what would be --. No problem, really, to have all 6 tastes in every meal, if we know how. We should learn the qualities of spices, learn to fry some spices, know what food contains which taste, know how to compose such a meal, and above all: know what suits each individual. (Be he V P K or combinations of them) The same food and behaviour does not suit all; Good to know. vaata pitta kapha -body types, and- eld- sæ- in every man, in whatever there is. --- like the kitchen in Valhöll ----- these 3 become from höfuðskepnur 5 (elements) combinations --Then we count for combinations of V P K, dominating, or not so prominent. vaata-body is moving, like the wind -- that one might try to stop rushing about pitta-type is efficient, can be rajastic (rajagun runs loose), is determined competition-type, not found of losing games, kapha-body is heavy, strong. Should not become lethargic and lazy.

3 We understand that food can regulate each body-type. Please always be moderate. We need to learn how to use food to make balance in our physiology. We can learn to take our own pulse, and the pulse of our bairns, to detect the imbalance, impurity - dosha - starting to accumulate. Then we have these vaata- pitta- kapha-times of the day - which play their role. (see 19th skræða, Fjörgyn Mother Earth) -- and vaata- pitta-kapha-times of the year. Quite something to learn about. Do not eat after 10 PM and to 2 AM, as then our body is metabolizing its nutrition. There is sattva-food, raja-food, tama-food. Our life-span is kapha, then pitta, and in the end vaata.

The trinities are connected: vaata pitta kapha - sattva rajas tamah - and eld sæ Óðinn Vili Véi - rishi devataa cchandas In the kitchen in Vahöll the trinity is in hrím (frozen, rhyming) -- in balance. ainkaara/aimkaara, hriinkaara/hriimkaara rahasya yukta, and šrinkaara/shrimkaara are primordial sounds --- like ymir and om, onkaara/omkaara samkara is that which yields bounty.

The vaata-type is nervous, the kapha-type easy. One needs to relax, while another needs some stimulation to move briskly. Incidents and thoughts become our physiology. Behaviour is of vital importance. Like meals, and the atmosphere during meals.

(Less caffeine) Behaviour and surrounding play a role, as there is more than food which gets digested. Do not have a tick-tacking clock by the bed, as it messes up with our body´s rhythms. Switch mobiles off as their frequencies disturb the pineal gland´s work in the dark. Do not live close to a bing-banging church-tower´s clock. Gulliver´s God is a watch in his pocket. Do not let the clock be a tyrannical God.

That is bad as imbalances mingle up with our systems, get into dosha - but dosha means impurities.

Ojas is the optimum outcome -- the perfect end product of digestion in our body, soma is the same, now in the universe, glues purush and prakritii together. Perfect health is when all shrota channels álfar are un-blocked, free-flow, which is the condition of the enlightened one. The pure man is enlightened!! No small thing to become pure, man!!! This can easily be measured. (see Syn the filth-sieve) All imbalances can be re-stored to perfection in case something goes wrong. Clogged shrota, (--some are very fine--) are the cause of dis-eases. The leaves on askur Yggdraslils, wither -- and on man-trees as well, of course -if the flow of vín Valföðurs and the wine of Jesus, flows not unhindered in us. Soma is the precious liquid glue of the universe - höft og bönd holding together the outer and the inner, the created and the origin of all. Unmanifest and manifest is not connected so soma is an elastic and fine magic-glue. Ojas is this finest end-product of digestion in our body, connects us to the origin, and should always be what is produced. Not hindered somewhere on the way, and all cells can now reproduce. Ojas is helpful to gain higher stages of consciousness -the most divine product that our digestion can yield. Ojas can be measured, we shine forth pure consciousness when we produce ojas. Auguri! Well-wishing, good-luck wish, is this word. But when there is prajña aparadha

7 The Unified Field technique, TM, balances our body´s Gungnir. Our body is Gungnir, made of our thoughts and feelings. So it is up to us to see to its quality. Our body is as we are. Our thoughts --- and a bit of our Skuld to cope with.

implies that the body functions perfectly if Gungnir of food and thoughts is right, brain-waves get synchronized to work perfectly together thereby higher stages of consciousness will be reached as our nervous system, Sleipnir, is pure. Now we start seeking that which is right, and reject what is wrong. This becomes an instinct. To enjoy TM is because of the gladness of Glaðheimar which is so much greater joy than the stuff we ignorantly went for before. Mind always gets attracted to the greatest joy. Now it has found it, the everlasting.

Agni, metabolism, digestion, talks to us, and we need to listen. Cooperate with is. Not only stuff us up with food, thoughtlessly, by old habit. We should talk to agni (digestion) and our tommy (appetite) to know what they want. Appetite is delicate. Ask them before you drink or eat. Don’t be some gráðugr halr sem etur sér aldurtrega. (Hávamál; glutton who

eats himself sick, to death)

Only fill up to 2/3 of stomach capacity -- sparingly sipping hot water. (Not cold.) Digestion needs this 1/3 of the stomach.

8 Only the pure ones can bear the name ´man´. Take care of your body. There are 13 agni -- transformation, metabolism. Digestion is transformation. What we digest becomes us. Main-agni is in the digestive acids -- should not be too weak, not too sour; Agni then is 5 agni of earth water fire air space -- höfuðskepnurnar. Nutrition begins a cycle, or cycle after cycle, and there should be no hanks: blood ->muscles ->fat ->bones ->bone-marrow->nerve-systems->reproducing systems

If no clogging blockage is, the end product is ojas, the finest of the digestive process. The final perfect outcome of the perfect cycle. Hari Sharma, a doctor, writes delightful books on these matters.

Agni and tommy like to get some warm water sips (boiled water) throughout the day. This is well known; -- sip hot water in-between meals; as hot as you can;

compare: we clean a greasy pan with hot water, not cold.

Pure water is a necessity for our body, helps us being strong and healthy. Hot water flushes out unwanted stuff.

Eir asks us to be calm. Find eirð (inner calm). She wants Þjóðvitnir to gala ásum hyggindi. Quit that stuff supply business. -Perhaps I should stop in the pseudo-needs-concern - and start evolving? gala (chant) purity to men? Can that be marketed today? Sell worm-holes?


9 Eir claims the rat-rage to be driving us crazy. Rati should lead us to Kvasir. (see worm-holes, Gunnlöð, Hnitbjörg) The senses bring Gungnir to the mind. The senses are efficient stress-makers. We fill our mind with stimuli-Gungnir. And fill the garage with stuff. It is easy to stop these involuntary hobbies: Be without the triguna, þursamegir III, i.e. nýsa niður twice daily. Triguna are bossy guys. They tend to rule us when we live in Nature only (material life only). They are always all 3 together. Meddling up with everything in the universe. Þursamegir III symbolic in food: satogun the elephant, intelligent, cooperates, trustworthy, purely vegetarian rajogun tiger, feeds by killing, quick tamogun jackal, likes mould, old, cadaver Þursamegir III, triguna, qualities of Nature, are found in all food, of course, naturally, as they are in all created, all of Nature. They are the rulers of the world. But we are consciousness. From there we rule when we have the know-how. We wisely choose the food that becomes our body: true - pure - positive satoguna exited - (too?) efficient rajoguna lazy - cautious, slow, sometimes negative, tamoguna Mother´s food is best because she loves us. Fruit should mature on the branches, not to be picked immature, not to mature in containers and shelves in the supermarket Nature has evolved this for thousands of years according to the inherent order. The orderliness, Rán -- in Ægir /consciousness. All in the same image.

10 Bairns should also grow up and blossom in mother´s home. Trust evolution in Nature. In Nature the perfect pure knowledge of the gap is. As Nature has it, is the best way for us. Do not meddle up with genes. Man is a stupid species. Do not do harm. Trust millions of years of evolution in the image of universal intelligence.

We need clear thinking.

We need to understand what Freyr is telling us when he sends his divine ray, Skírnir, to us.

Auðumbla - Mahat she who structures and nourishes all life, the primordial cow. Let´s revere her. She is born of the universal intelligence.

Milk should only be drunk with sweet food. Always warm. Do not drink milk together with sour salt bitter astringent tastes.

Note:

Do not drink milk with 6-tase-meals. Rice is sweet. Make a rice pudding, Never put salt into milk-meals. We can have almonds cardamoms raisins (--grapes are sour, raisins not--)


11 Cold milk and cold food puts out the fire of agni. Like splashing water on fire. (Pitta-type can have ice-cream in hot weather.) Always go for un-homogenized, bio-milk. Can be cooked with some fresh ginger to make is easily digested. Milk produces mucus in the mouth, to protect it from digestive enzymes, and also in the stomach. Then it does not curdle. Keeps its qualities as milk. Donn Brennan, the Irish aayurveda-doctor can tell us all about this.

Added sugar, and all factory-processed food should - in one stroke - be skipped!! Milk is perfect. Needs not salesmanship. Panír (cheese) is fun to make at home:

Bring to boil un-homogenized milk, stir in lemon juice, allow to curdle, sieve through a cloth.

Play gandharva-ved music for the cows !! That yields delicious milk.

No antibiotics needed. But such garvisha we consume too often in our food.

Also fun to grow yogurt at home. Fresh, and better than from a factory.

Mother Nature gave us water-repellent wool. Skyr used to be a way of preserving, the sýra (sour liquid) or mysa, did not mould. Real skyr was ´best-after´, not ´best-before´. Eating skyr in the cold is good as sour produces (/aggravates) pitta. The skyr, skyr.is, which we can buy now, is not the good old skyr. This new skyr gets mould (best-before), and that is what real skyr does not. The real old skyr only turns more and more sour.

The stupid mother puts a raw potato in the shoe in the window-sill. Evil and disdain creates an unhealthy Gungnir. Nothing is as base as to give the bairn, who is looking forward to yule, a raw humiliation in the shoe. The purpose of upbringing is to give joy, happiness, harmony, looking forward to all. Give love, give peace of mind, avoid conflicts and disappointments. In the raw-potato case, the all-loving wight of yule is blamed for the wrath of the stupid mother who cannot cope with up-bringing. The wight of yule is all about the birth of light in the world of men. The raw potato brings hatred, anger, humiliation, creates disharmony in the bairn. All contrary to the purpose of up-brining and care, which should be: to find the harmony of tívatún in life. We should avoid trauma. That destroys the cells in the body and their activity. Wonderful was the little girl who asked her (stupid) mother to boil the potato which Santa had given her while she slept. She asked her (stupid) mother to carefully see to it that it did not get mixed up with the ordinary potatoes.


13 This is what the digestion of incidents is all about. Individual way of seeing things. The pure man sees all as beauty. The little girl was full of joy and expectations. Doubt, disappointments, rejections is three things to avoid, as these factors digest as illnesses. A story to elaborate on what I am conveying: The cunning sheriff was hoping that the poor widow in the farm in the remote valley, who lived there with her bairns, would have no food. Famine would be the good situation to tell her to leave the farm. He could put her and her bairns on other farms and have them work there. Take her farm himself. When at last spring came, he could go to the remote farm in the mountains. What met his eyes, to his great disappointment, was the widow and her bairns in a fine condition, healthy and sound. -Noh? What did you eat during winter? -I saw, the widow smilingly replied, -that my sheep thrived well on the hay, so I cooked some hay-soup with some angelica-seeds, for my bairns. Of course the mother-love and care was what was better digested than the hay-soup. Or what would you assume? This was in the olden times of poverty and dark ages in Iceland. Nowadays we should serve love together with a healthy home-made meal. We are pre-programming our bairns for a life-time. We should realize that. Keep the atmosphere beautiful in the home. Bairns are moulding their brains. A home is not a battle-field. It is a place of unconditional love. Parents´ huge and delicate responsibility is to mould an individual for his life. Kids are made behave in schools, and they learn that. That pattern will become the pattern used outside of the home. (Work later on.) We are also pre-programming and imprinting a behavioural pattern in the home. Bairns might repeat that, good or bad, when they themselves make their homes. Always pre-program bairns at home with the prefect love-Gungnir.

ु ु ु ।सह िीयं करिािहै। तेजसस्व नािधीतमस्त।ु मा सिसिषािहै॥ सह नाि​ित।सह नौ भनक्त Let us eat together, be together, be vigorous together, let us radiate Truth. Never enjoy negativity, never denounce anyone. All we get into gets digested. Feelings and thoughts become ´matter´ in our bodies. Behaviour, choices, good life-style, becomes we. Evening sleep is good, light meal at supper, main meal at noon (agni is strongest when sun is on its highest point at noon) food should digest into ojas as end product, so that all cells can reproduce. Never should the clogging ama be in our physiology. Above all - no toxins ! freshly cooked, biological, perfect ingredients. No suffering or sin should be in how food is provided. Easily-digested sattva-food is best for all men, not the least for them who have chosen to gain rapid improvements spiritually. Sattva-food gets easily digested into ojas. For all men Mahariahi-aayur-ved is the most practical know-how of this life-span. We should send modest thanks to the herbs we consume. They contain the innate knowledge that we now receive from them. Our Nature provides for all medication for us. She has ambrosia for us. Maharishi aayur-ved is ancient knowledge, now re-understood in its purest form. Only the prefect is used in MAV-production. We must never destroy praña

प्रण, the life-force, nor the intelligence,

nor the natural healthy Gungnir.


15 Herbs are Gungnir (vibrations), and praña

प्रण.

The whole herb is harmony. So the whole plant is used. Not only parts. The whole knowledge is better than partial, fragmented knowledge. Natural pants and fruit, having the right Gungnir, re-harmonize the whole orchestra. Try to grow as much as you can at home. Or buy what is produced organically in your own country. Buy fruit which has matured on the branches, not in the shelves. Pick wild berries. Learn about our herbs in our Nature, our country. Note: Intelligence and prana is there no more in factory-produced foods. Bad stuff added. Eat freshly cooked, as also left-overs have lost the prana. Deepak Chopra says FLUNC - the list of undesirable food. Eat only fresh fruit, fresh vegetables or know that dried is OK cook -- as raw will not be properly digested not canned not frozen not micro-waved not re-heated -- left-overs have lost prana. The good and happy parents make every meal a feast. Meals should be bright and light -- in all meanings of brightness !! The evening should be peaceful and joyful, full of understanding and love. Bairns need a healthy sleep, quality sleep, endowed with love and care.

16 Let´s go for regular meals. (don´t eat from 10PM to 02AM as digestion is on another level than the stomach) We shall allow each meal to get completely digested. It is unwise to add food to a half-digested meal. -- but it is good to sip warm water in-between meals. Maharishi aayurveda points out to us a good acquired behaviour-rasayana:

Be positive, do not enjoy negativity. Negativity produces bad molecules in us and others. ---real joy--- produces happy molecules, happy cells

I do not mean that noisy-party fun. That is not very ´healthy´ fun. Era svá gott sem gott segja öl alda sonum,

And please do not see the wine of Jesus, Dionisos, Óðinn, Baccus, as boozing! They are gods of flow of intelligence, not of alcohol. Alcohol damages brain, nervous-system, and the purity of man. Best of all is to nýsa niður. That is purifying. To practice TM, nýsa niður, is a good behavioural rasyana. Valkyrja is: to sóa (give) consciousness to consciousness. This is simply how we purify our physiology. Gives good health -- and the ability to make only the right choices Quality-thoughts yield right choices. Along with purity right choices come; The quality of our choices is according to * filth, ignorance, sin, in us, or * the absence of that.


17 Vagbhat the enlightened one who taught aayurved claims men to become younger day by day when they speak only truth never become angry possess spiritual purity all their life

Spontaneously, the thoughts of the pure man become sattvic quality thoughts. Refined, true, subtle, powerful - all in a packet. Spontaneously, mind seeks the highest only. Our body becomes what we digest - of food and happenings. Unhealthy and wrong Gungnir, poor digestion (---agni not treated well---) become illnesses and disharmony. We should create beautiful surroundings for our family. Healthy, and right Gungnir, good digestion (---strong metabolism/agni---) becomes health.

18 We have a choice the knowledge is at hand. Has been in charaka samhitaa for thousands of years and still is. Life-style and food in balance make health, life-style and food full of imbalance, make ill. Know all about behavioural rasayana, thoughts feelings and actions so by all means, listen to Syn. Gain the apples of Iðunn by nýsast niður. Jötnar are free radicals in our body. Damaging. Jötunn is he who eats up.

Stress and ill-thinking makes us jötna-food.

Avoid that.

Do not accumulate stress. If you have that ama in you, use TM, nýsa niður, to have it vanish. We know herbs, the right Gungnir, which eliminate free radicals -- Amrit. Amrit kalash, ambrosia; un-dying alive and ever-young amrit: a- not-, -mrit death (mrít is in Icelandic mara as in Sinmara) kalash kálkur chalice. When men nýsa niður, they imbibe the orderliness and perfect balance of ginnungap into life. Gain the apples of Iðunn.


19 We should know what we are doing when we change to vegetables, fruit, beans, lentils, rice - the sattva-food and skip what has been killed, the sin-food. We do not consume what has been produced with pain and suffering. Start rationally, to make a habit. We will feel lightness, wellbeing. --- Take care of the 6 tastes for satisfaction. Tommy will be happy. No stone of heaviness after meals, - well, it might be missing the heaviness to begin with. Know that we might need some extra B12. There are copper-pots available, in which water stands during night, to be sipped in the morning for trace mineral copper. Water (and food) can be boiled in cast iron pots, to get some trace of digestible iron. Vitamin D normal for Europe does not go for the Northern countries, as we have a long winter Charlotte Bech in Denmark says. And we stay a lot inside houses. Vitamin D from the sun is only gained when the sun is at its highest at noon. Sun-bathing should be on the whole body, not much on the face. No vitamin D for the skin-uptake through windows. Cod-liver oil clogs channels, and is gotten from a killed creature, produced from the organ liver, which is a sieve for toxins, Vegetarian D is easy to get. Vegetarian capsules also. Avoid gelatine capsules made from bones of animals. Not healthy. Know that some earthen-ware has red glazing made from lead (plumbum), and any sour drink, like orange juice, can take up the lead and it accumulates in our body.

Why all this fuss? Because our body is our means to evolve spiritually to perfection. Our tool to reach Valhöll - which in turn is the purpose of being born.

Our body is the means - symbolically the cart. Brahman should be our charioteer. Iðunn would like us to become younger day by day. 19 Guðin (the gods) love men who have a young body however old they become before they die out of it. Let´s now start understanding what the Olden Greeks really meant. Life on earth is precious. We practice transcending, to nýsa niður, and so we gain the ambrosia from Iðunn.
