Wednesday 14 November 6pm Find out more about the themes and background to John Steinbeck’s powerful and gripping masterpiece Of Mice and Men. Led by a lecturer from the University of Nottingham, this in-depth talk is free and gives a fascinating insight to help you get the most from the performance. Critics’ Circle

Are you 18 – 25 with some performing experience? Playhouse Young Company will develop your theatre skills, boost your CV, and offer you the chance to perform in a full-scale studio performance in July 2013. The audition for the Young Company is on Tuesday 11 December at 7.30pm. Mouthy Poets Mouthy Poets is Nottingham Playhouse’s resident poetry collective, producing exciting and inspiring events. So if you’re 16 – 30 and have an interest in the spoken word, the Mouthy Poets will help you create and command your words, voice and career.

Critics’ Circle gives young people aged 14 and above the opportunity to attend Press nights and review Nottingham Playhouse Theatre Company productions. Arts Award We offer the Bronze Arts Award for students in Years 9 and 10, and the Gold Arts Award for Year 13 students or those taking a gap year. For more information please email allies@nottinghamplayhouse.co.uk
