Donald W. Reynolds Foundation Every year the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation identifies a specific community need within Clark County and asks nonprofit organizations that are providing such services to consider applying for a Bonnie Soucoup Community Fund grant. This year the Foundation’s Bonnie Soucoup Community Fund will focus its grant making on existing programs that provide health-re-
lated services (excluding medical care). Grant consideration will be given for programs, equipment, materials or a combination of these needs If you are interested in applying for a grant, please fill out the application and return it to the Foundation’s office. Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2013.

MentalHealth.gov The President’s plan to protect our children and our communities by reducing gun violence directs the Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Education to launch a national dialogue on mental health with young people who have experienced mental health problems, members of the faith community, foundations, and school and business leaders. The national dialogue, which MentalHealth.gov is a part of, will take place through: • Community Conversations • Public/Private Partnership commitments • Social and Online Media
