Dear Network, On the 1st of June a new term of Network Commissioners started and between 28th of June and 2nd of July we had our meeting in Brussels to draft the workplan for the new term that lasts until November 30th. We decided to work on the following topics because we think that they will be beneficial for the locals and for the whole network. The Network Commission consists of:

Internal Education This is a project that can only be carried out in cooperation with HRC, CD and the Academy. It is a continuation of our previous term where an Internal Education task force was established. In order to continue the steps that have already been taken, we will analyse and evaluate the SWOT-analysis from spring NWMs to have a good overview on the needs of the network regarding trainings. With that information, we want to up develop new sessions for RTCs and come up with a new idea for LTCs. This should then be tested and implemented as a first step towards an updated, long-term strategy on internal education.
Erasmus+/Funding With this project, we aim for doing research on the Erasmus+ program opportunities that can help our locals. The first aim is to train all NetCommies on how to recognise the potential of locals to secondly propose relevant opportunities to them. We would also like to update our internal E+ database, so that ideally, there will be new projects started by locals.
Regional cooperation AEGEE is only as strong as the connection between its locals. Therefore, this project aims for increasing the cooperation and bonds among locals that are close by, e.g. through meetings of a couple of locals in one smaller area (as Rhein-Main-Neckar or Bavaria). If there is interest, we want to even encourage the members in these smaller areas to have exchanges between each other.

Would you like to have an exchange and get new friends in different parts of the Network, but you don't know how? tWinder is here to help! tWinder is the best way to find a "match", an antenna for any purpose you may have. Do you want to organize exchanges so your members can travel more? Do you want to have a "long-term relationship" full of common projects and events with another local? Do you want to get new knowledge about antenna management or share your own experience?
Toolkit for contacts For contacts, it's often difficult to find out what to do in order to become a contact antenna and in order to become stronger. That's why we are developing the Contacts Toolkit: this booklet will contain everything a contact needs to know.
Review Mentorship System Mentorship project aims for connecting experienced members with new or threatened locals to help them grow. After matching, each mentor will be assigned to a local depending on the mentor's expertise and local's needs.
