Netcom News Dear Network, Our term is slowly going to an end, but is certainly does not mean we are getting lazy! Indeed, October was a month full of hard-work and great initiatives :) First of all, the month began with one of the most important AEGEE events: the Autumn Agora! This year AEGEE-Istanbul hosted 600+ AEGEEans from all over the Network, and hereby we would like to thank everyone who contributed to making this event happen! Also, of course we do not forget about all the amazing participants we had a chance to meet during these few intense days. We recognize your active participation during the sessions, and we truly believe that your input to all the meetings we had together will help in developing our organization and making Europe a little better place. Especially big thank go to everyone who joined us during the Antenna Criteria *woohoo* progress meeting, Agora Fair (remember the love letters and geographically innovative map of the Network?) and the *meet your NetCommie* meetings. Remember that our work makes sense only when we cooperate closely with locals, so you can be certain that your voice will not be forgotten! Speaking of the meetings with locals, October was also a month when the autumn round of NWMs and RTCs started! First two were hosted by AEGEE-Salerno and AEGEE-Skopje - it is too early to draw any conclusions, but we assure you our first impressions are pretty impressive! You will read about the results later next month :) Last but not least, in October you had a chance to elect new members of the Network Commission! Where are they now? Already preparing for their term, which will start on 1st of December, and we are doing our best to transfer all our knowledge and enable them to fulfill all their election promises and even more!
