Introduction On the 1 June 2018 our tearm as Network Commission started and between 9 and 12 August 2018 we had our meeting in Brussels to draft our work plan that lasts until 30 November. We decided to work on the following topics that we think will be beneficial for the locals and for the entire Network: • • • • •

Description: Antenna Criteria Reform Project is the project that we as NetCom, aiming for better understanding and vision over the difficulties of our locals and complexity of their responsibilities to function as an AEGEE branch, and replacing or improving the existing structure in more sustainable and less bureaucratic way.

Internal Education Project Manager: Francesca Zorcolo Project Team: Dominic Dimian and Elena Panagopoulou Description: The project includes the participation of the Network Commission inside the Internal Education taskforce with the Comité Directeur, the AEGEE-Academy and the Human Resources Committee. The aim is to improve the Internal Education System of AEGEEEurope to ensure that our members get an high level of training and knowledge

NetCom Review Project Manager: Dominic Dimian Project Team: Celia Riveres, Elena Panagopoulou and Marta Pąk Description: The project of last term continues with the goal to optimise our workflow, improve transparency and make the Network Commission a more successful body in a sustainable way in order to have a positive impact on the entire network and following generations. To achieve this, we will review different aspects of our work, change or remove inefficient practices and if needed implement new practices.
Objetives and Deadlines: Podio • Get an overview and understanding of all our apps o By 9 September 2018 • Deletion of apps we don’t use (after saving data in an archive) o By 16 September 2018 • Check all links to Podio (forms on members portal etc.) o By end of September 2018 • Fix links and apps in Podio o Until Autumn Agora 2018 • Discuss the current use of “useful” apps o By mid October 2018 • Discuss the need of new apps o By end of October 2018 • If needed create new apps o By end of November 2018 File Keeping / Database • Restructure the drive, create folders, combine excel sheets etc. o Until Autumn Agora 2018 • Archive old/unused data o Until Autumn Agora 2018 • Upgrade to G Suite o By mid October 2018

Network Sustainability Project Manager: Oksana Prokopchenko Project Team: Brian Brands, Elena Panagopoulou and Polina Khapaeva Description: The project aims to create efficient flexible tools for NetCommies and for members to create locals’ development strategies, as well as to support them in the implementation, with the help of Health Indicators and Consultants/Mentors system.

Twin Antenna Project Manager: Francesca Zorcolo Project Team: Celia Riveres, Marta Pąk and Novak Simin Description: Twin Antenna system connects the locals from different Areas in order to share best practices and to develop projects together enriching our Network. By the Netcom side what should be done is to clarify the process and to show how it works to let locals manage it by themselves.
