Dear Network,
On the 1 December 2017 our term as Network Commission started and between 11 and 14 January 2018 we had our meeting in Brussels to draft our work plan that lasts until 31 May. We decided to work on the following topics because we think that they will be beneficial for the locals and for the entire Network. The Network Commission consist of:

Internal Education Project Manager: Spyros Project Team: Celia, Francesca, Marina Description: The project, which runs its 4th term, includes the participation of Network Commission inside the Internal Education taskforce (together with Comité Directeur, Academy and Human Resources Committee), which aims at updating the Internal Education system of AEGEE-Europe. Its major purpose is to update the strategy for learning and training of AEGEE-Europe and make sure that its implementation is also carried out. Objectives: -
Participation of NetCom in the Internal Education taskforce o (throughout the term)

Participation in the live meeting of Internal Education live meeting in the CD house o (January 2018)

Update the Strategy for learning and training of AEGEE-Europe o (by March 2018)

Mentorship System Project Manager: Marina Project Team: Elena, Evrim, Laura, Spyros Description: Mentorship project tends to connect experienced members with new or threatened locals in order to help them grow. After matching, each mentor will be assigned to a local depending on the mentor's expertise and local's needs. Objectives: -
Identify locals in need of a mentor who will support them

Recruit skilled and experienced mentors and prepare them for mentoring

Observe the process and support mentors

Evaluate and analyse the project after the term ends

NetCom Review Project Manager: Dom Project Team: Celia, Evrim, Francesca, Laura, Maria, Spyros Description: As the name already implies, this project is supposed to review the past and current state of the work of the Network Commission of AEGEE-Europe. The goal is to optimise the workflow, improve transparency and make NetCom a more successful body in a sustainable way in order to have a positive impact on the entire network and following generations. To achieve this, we will review different aspects of our work, change or remove inefficient practices and if needed implement new practices. Objectives: Podio -
