Organised a trip and the logistics for our CD couple's visit - Reka, after the EPM Zagreb, Reka has visited almost all of my locals, namely, the locals of:

AEGEE-Banja Luka, AEGEE-Novi Sad, AEGEE-Beograd, AEGEE-Nis, and AEGEE-Skopje.
●
Reka had amazing activities with them, meetings with cities representatives, developmental conversations who were very beneficial for the locals above mentioned that I am responsible for. Due to finances I couldn't join, though I hosted Reka in Skopje and helped as much as was needed. We had an amazing time in Skopje, - even though a bit short and we hope to see Reka again here.

Opened a drive for AEGEE-Novi Sad, AEGEE-Podgorica, AEGEE-Beograd, soon to open a joint drive with useful documents for all the locals I am responsible for.
SubCom AR ●
I have stopped the work of Subcommies - My locals were not really contacting them - therefore the work of Subcommie is also very important- experienced AEGEEans are needed here, or not very busy ones, otherwise is too hard for the Network Commissioner, and indeed a lot to take. Anyhow, I still keep contact with most of the Subcommies and update them, even though I keep my personal touch and communication with all of my locals (I am responsible for).
