Bananas Swim Team (Green Team)
This program will focus on the basic to advanced techniques of competitive swimming providing training to improve the participants’ fitness related to the sport. Must be able to swim 50+ yards (two lengths of the pool/ one crawlstroke/freestyle and one backcrawl) and carry a “C” average in all classes. Participants are encouraged to attend two practices per week (weekdays/Saturdays are supplemental and stroke development) and compete in league meets with other swim clubs. The Bananas Swim Team has partnered with the Schroeder Swim Club in the development for advanced competitive swimmers. *League Championship Meet is Saturday, March 23 at South Milwaukee High School. Bananas Swim Team (Yellow Team)
This program will focus on the basic to advanced techniques of competitive swimming while providing dryland and water training to improve the participants fitness related to the sport of competitive swimming. Participant must be able to swim 100+ yards of the pool (4 lengths) and carry a “C” average in all classes. The program is for pre-high school and high school swimmers. The Bananas Swim Team has partnered with the Schroeder Swim Club in the development for advanced competitive swimmers. Participants are encouraged to attend three one and one half hour practices per week(weekdays/Saturdays are supplemental and stroke development) and encouraged to compete in league meets with other swim clubs. *League Championship Meet is Saturday, March 23 at South Milwaukee High School. Bananas Diving Team
An introduction and training of competitive diving techniques to include all five positions from the one meter diving board. This program is for boys & girls novice through advanced. Participants must be able to swim 2 lengths of the pool in good form.
