Meatballs: 2 lbs ground beef (or beef and pork) 2 tsp sesame oil 1 cup panko bread crumbs 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Mix meatball ingredients gently and form into 1½ inch balls. 3. Bake on a sheet pan for 10-12 minutes.
Sauce: 2/3 cup hoisin sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp ground ginger
