The owner carefully selects the coffee beans and roasts in store before it is hand dripped to a cup of coffee. The popular Tomo Latte has condensed milk in the coffee which is different from the usual latte. Freshly baked pretzel is a must eat that you would still want to enjoy after a complete meal. 豆腐サラダ
糸こんにゃく 150ｇ 砂糖 大さじ3 創味のつゆ 大さじ3 水 400cc
作り方 ①鍋で牛肉を炒め、 玉ねぎ、 じゃがいも、 人参、 糸こんにゃく、 水を入れ、 沸騰したらアクを取ります。 ②中火にし、 砂糖、 創味のつゆを加えて煮こみます。
材料（2人前） (ドレッシング） 絹ごし豆腐 1丁 しらす干し 20 g 創味のつゆ・酢 各大さじ2 わさび 適量 ごま 10g 長ねぎ・大葉 適宜 ごま油 大さじ2
作り方 ①フライパンにごま油を熱し、 しらす干し、 ごまを 弱火でじっくり炒め、ペーパータオルに広げて 冷まします。 ②豆腐は軽く水切りし、一口大に切り、長ねぎ、 大葉は千切りにします。 ③器に②を盛り付け（ドレッシング） をかけ、 ①をちらします。

Chinese Chicken Salad
<1> Cut the wonton wrappers into 16 segments, sauté in 1 tbsp KIKKOMAN Sesame Oil. When they are golden brown remove from the heat to cool. <2> Finely chop the purple cabbage, slice the carrots into strips, and tear up the butter lettuce. To crisp, soak the cabbage, carrots and lettuce in cold water. Sprinkle sake over the chicken 10 wonton wrappers 1 slice of ginger tenders. Pour the cups of water and sliced ginger into a pan and bring to a boil. Place 4 tbsp. KIKKOMAN Sesame Oil 1 tbsp. KIKKOMAN Plum Sauce the sake sprinkled chicken tenders into the pan. Again, bring to a boil; then turn off 1/4 purple cabbage (2 oz) 2 tbsp. KIKKOMAN Sushi Vinegar the heat and cover with a lid. After letting the contents rest 10 minutes, remove the 1 medium carrot (2 oz) 1 tsp. salt cover. Pull out and separate the sinews from the contents. <3> Whisk and stir to 1 large head butter lettuce (7 oz) 1/2 tsp. pepper combine the 1 tbsp KIKKOMAN Plum Sauce, 2 tbsp KIKKOMAN Sushi Vinegar, 1 4 chicken tenders 1/2 cup almonds (2 oz) tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Furthermore, add in the 3 tbsp KIKKOMAN Sesame Oil a little at a time while stirring. The dressing is ready when all ingredients are combined Sake as needed into one liquid. <4>Shake the water thoroughly off the Step 2 vegetables. Lightly 2 cups water toss together with the Step 3 dressing. Spread the salad on a serving plate. Drop (from above the plate) and sprinkle the almonds and wonton chips from Step 1 for topping. The recipe yields approximately 4 fl oz dressing. But, increase and decrease amounts as desired.
