Peace and Children For the peace of the children in the world
3年間続いた連載も今回が最終回。”子どもたちが平和に暮らせる世界”を作る試みは、 これからも続きます。
I
was very grateful for this opportunity to be able to share my experiences with working in the humanitarian support field such as education, peace building, human rights and volunteer work etc.on this page for last 3 years. The youngest novel peace prize winner of last year, Malala Yousafzai of Pakistan (17) made a speech saying“I am just a committed and even stubborn person who wants to see every child getting quality education, who wants to see women having equal rights and who wants peace in every corner of the world.” She was shot in her neck and head by TPP on October 9, 2012 while she was on her way to school. At the same time, Indian activist Kailash Satyarthi (60) became the winner of the same prize. He has waged a peaceful struggle to stop children being exploited as labor instead of attending school. He has also contributed to the development of international conventions on the rights of children and saved more than 80,000 children. It is great to see these winners who have accomplished such a wonderful work, however, the world is not changed from corner to corner yet, neither equal education is given to every child in the world yet. Staff of the international NGO, ADRA Japan, are making great effort each day supporting the projects to save millions of victimized children from conflicts, disasters, poverty, racial and religious discrimination etc. Aki Sugimoto, graduate of Saniku East-West Language School who is a program officer of the education project in Afghanistan and Syrian refugee support project in Lebanon shows a great passion in her international relief work.

まに感謝申し上げます。 昨年12月史上最年少でノーベル平和賞を受賞したパキスタン人、 マ ララ・ユスフザイ （当時１７歳） は 「私は、 全ての子どもたちが質の高い教 育を受けられることを望み、 女性が平等な権利を持つことを望み、 そし て世界の隅々までが平和であることを願う、 熱心で頑固な人間でしか ありません」 と語りました。 マララさんは女子教育を認めないイスラム武 装勢力タリバーンが一帯を支配する中で自由に学校に通えない日常を ブログに綴り注目を集めていた中でテロの標的となり、 2012年10月９ 日下校中のスクールバスの中で反政府武装勢力 「パキスタン・タリバー ン運動 （TTP） に至近距離から頭部を撃たれました。 また、 昨年は同時にインドの児童労働問題活動家カイラッシュ・サテ ィヤルティさん （60歳） も共同受賞しました。 カイラッシュさんは26歳 で電気技師をやめ、 子どもの強制労働や人身売買を撲滅するための団 体を設立し、 労働や搾取に苦しむインドの子どもたちの救出に取り組 んできました。 これまでに保護して社会復帰させた子どもの数は８万人 を超えています。 このような人たちが平和賞を受けることはとても嬉しいことでありま す。 しかしまだ、 世界中の隅々まで平和になったわけではありません。 ま た、 世界中のすべての子どもたちが平等に教育を受けることができるわ けでもありません。 私が元所属していた国際NGO、 ADRA Japanは今 日も戦争や災害、 貧困・人種・宗教などで差別をうけたりで平和な暮ら しができない子どもたち、 教育をうけられない幾千万の子どもたちの一 人の命を危険から救い出し、 平和な暮らしのために支援する活動を継 続しています。 三育東西学園卒業生の杉本亜季さんは現在活動中のア フガニスタンの教育支援やシリアの難民支援など紛争地での国際支援 への情熱を生き生きと語ってくれました。

The two major reasons of this are that the labor rate per hour is set on a high range and all the recommended work is listed on the estimate. They can repair things in a short period so you can save time and effort but if you have them fixed with all the listed work on the estimate, your payment will sum up quite high. For all the recommended checkup lists, you’d better check the priority with the person who’s in charge of your car. 新車ディーラーでの点検・整備は整備見積もりがとても高い場合があります。大きな理由は2つで、一時 間あたりの作業代金（レーバーレート （Labor Rate）） の設定が高い事と、関連する推奨の作業も見積も りに記載されているからです。新車ディーラーでは早いスピードで何でも修理してくれるので、時間と手 間はかかりませんが、提示された見積もりどおりに作業を依頼すると出費が嵩みます。推奨の点検整備 は重要度を担当に確認する事をおすすめします。
Labor Rate Labor rate is set with each individual factories and it’s the hour rate for the work. It is said it’s around $90-$100 per hour in California. If you get it repaired with a low rate factory, you will get your car fixed in a cheaper price and if you choose a factory with a high labor rate, your bill will sum up. However, labor rate is not set to be an indicator of reliability. About flourine Today, we ‘d like to talk about flourine. You may have heard of [flourine to prevent teeth dacay for your children] here and there. So how important is flourine to help prevent teeth dacay? Milk teeth have less enamel compared to permanent teeth so it’s easier to get decayed. It is said it’s effective to take supplement or drinking water with flourine added. And it is better if you take flourine before all the teeth turns permanent. It is important that you take it on regular base so we recommend you do so. Also flourine is said to have antibacterial effect to prevent the cause of cavity. Toothpaste with flourine or mouth wash helps and if your teeth is likely to get decayed, we recommend you use flourine gel which has more flourine consistent. て処方せんを要する場合もありますので、 事前に歯医者に相談されるといいでしょう。

Goodness presides over Indian neighborhoods. At least for the month of November. Thanks to Café 212 Pier owner, Roopinder Bhullar, Diwali is celebrated year-round in Santa Monica. Sublime snips of cardamom and cashew appear in heavenly Indian cookies. Vegan versions of American classics such as chocolate whoopie pies, oatmeal cookies and tofu blueberry muffins are also served. Organic coffee and Indian chai brews while writers pour their souls onto computer screens. 14 oz beef intestines 3 oz bean sprout 1 oz carrot, sliced 1 tbsp KIKKOMAN SOY SAUCE 1 tbsp KIKKOMAN TERIYAKI TAKUMI SPICY MISO
1 piece of sliced ginger Salt and pepper to taste Micro-greens
TIP
Beef intestines are rich in fat. While boiling the level of fat will be cut almost in half.

<1> Add sliced ginger to boiling water and boil raw beef intestines. <2> Stir fry bean sprout and carrots with salt and pepper then place them on hot plate. <3> Stir fry boiled beef intestines with KIKKOMAN SOY SAUCE and sake for about a minute and add KIKKOMAN TERIYAKI TAKUMI SPICY MISO. Place them on top of sprouts and carrots. Add micro-greens on top for topping.
