LU1.1
Revise and update the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance and other necessary regulations to ensure consistency with the growth management metrics and the Plan 2035 policies. Conduct a comprehensive analysis to evaluate the use tables, zoning districts and densities, and variance criteria to ensure that they are consistent with, promote, and support the policies and strategies of Plan 2035 to guide development proposals.
LU1.2
Evaluate the existing zoning districts in the Priority Investment Districts (PIDs) and Regional Transit Centers to ensure that sufficient development capacity is provided to meet the population and employment projections. If additional capacity is required to meet the center classification density targets, rezone land within the quarter-mile core.
