We’re building a new

ECLC

Grasping the gospel opportunities presented by early childhood education (ECE), congregations have opened preschools and learning centers in record numbers, and they are coming to MLC for their ECE teachers and directors. To meet this need, MLC is enrolling more ECE majors (with a jump from 62 to 115 in the last six years) and building a new 15,000-square foot Early Childhood Learning Center, a laboratory school, to train them. ECE majors Robin Nommensen (St. Peter-Weyauwega WI), Maura Keese (St. Marcus-Milwaukee), and Alyssa Marshall (St. JohnBurlington WI) (pictured) guided some of their little students at the groundbreaking April 6. The $3 million in generous gifts we’ve received through our Let the Children Come campaign has made this center possible. We thank you. And we ask God to bless early childhood ministries at MLC and at congregations around the country, that more and more children and families hear the good news that will change their lives.
