The Lumikko L5 is designed so that it does not take up space in the cargo area, allowing the entire cargo space to be utilised. When using doors that open the entire side, the refrigeration unit’s evaporator does not obstruct loading or unloading operations. Despite its improved efficiency, the Lumikko L5 actually has decreased fuel consumption. Thanks to its easy-to-maintain power distribution mechanism and protected machinery, maintenance costs have decreased even further.
A NEW LEVEL OF RELIABILITY Longer maintenance intervals together with more precise control keep your fleet moving. The maintenance interval has been extended by raising the oil capacity of the diesel engine and reducing the engine running speed. The V-ribbed belts with automating tensioning used in the power transmission have a long service life and do not require maintenance during the replacement interval. All components have been positioned so that maintenance is as effortless and easy as possible. For example, the filters can be replaced and oil changed through a single service door.
