OFF-SEASON FEATURE Does your show take place outside of the usual London Fashion Week cycle? If so, we are generally unable to feature your event due to the high competition for pages during the Fashion Week schedule. However, you can guarantee placement with us by purchasing an off-season feature package. Details are as follows: For every nine looks in your show, we will fill one page. This is rounded up rather than down (i.e. 10 looks would require 2 pages, and so would 17). If you would like to add a runway shot at the start of your gallery, as we do for on-schedule shows, this will add the equivalent of 3 looks to your gallery. Do note that we traditionally feature the full show. If you would like to book a smaller number of pages, this should be arranged in advance.

PRICE PER 9 LOOKS: £225

You may supply us with your own images for a slightly reduced fee of £200 per 9 looks. However, please note the following requirements: Make sure your files are labeled clearly with the name of the designer and the name of the photographer. An example would be: PhotographerName_FashionShowNam e_DesignerName01.jpg If you submit a PDF file with credits along with your images, this will be accepted, but clarity in file names is even better Your photographer should maintain the same style for each look, which should ideally be with the model centered and facing the direction of the camera There must be no watermarks on the images. This is non-negotiable. Credit will be provided on the page. Watermarked images will be rejected.

MODEL AGENCY PARTNERSHIP We are happy to partner with any modeling agency to share their newest signings, or those with updated looks, in our New Faces feature. Our New Faces feature at a glance: Eight features per issue Three issues per year = 24 opportunities per year One portrait and one full body shot with three shots of your choice A quick questionnaire that must be filled out in full Set questions, as follows: Name Age Location Agency/Freelance How long have you been modeling ofr? Where are you from originally? Do you have an unusual talent or party trick? What would surprise people to know about you? What are your modeling ambitions? See a sample layout below Book a set number of ongoing spaces in each issue for one year and pay in advance for a further 10% loyalty discount

If you choose to have us shoot your images, they will also be made available to you in full resolution for use on social media, your website, and your model’s portfolio. Email editor@londonrunway.co.uk to begin working together today.

EDITORIAL PHOTOSHOOT Our photographers: Rhiannon D'Averc pcistudio.co.uk Fil Mazzarino @filmazzarino Mrityunjoy Mitra @the_mj_studio

The collaborative level of our editorial photoshoots is dependent on you. You can join us on set and help style your pieces, or you can send some items over for us to use and work with. You can also tell us your ideas and what you want us to do, or let us use our creativity.

Email our team directly at editor@londonrunway.co.uk if you would like to discuss setting up a shoot.

The process begins with working on a moodboard for your approval. Once you're happy, we book a date to shoot and organise the rest of the team, as well as hiring a location. We will also be able to confirm the issue publication date at this stage. Our price includes 10 pages of your images published in the magazine. Included in the price: model casting, model hire, location hire, photographer fees, makeup and hair artist hire, and all other costs. There is no discount for using your own services for any part of the process. If you wish to use your own models, location, MUAs, or so on, we will make sure to reallocate our budget to hire even better resources for the rest of the shoot.
