Pick a lane and come back to us,'" he says. "That was disgusting to me, because I'm not trying to be a circus act." A defiant Mars says he didn't allow himself get boxed in to any one genre during the recording of the album. "I listen to a lot of music," he says, "and I want to have the freedom and luxury to walk into a studio and say, 'Today I want to do a hip-hop, R&B, soul or rock record."

'WARRIOR': KE$HA'S NEW ALBUM! Ke$ha has released "Die Young," and it's another party anthem for all her animals. Ke$ha's newest song is "Die Young" and hit airwaves in September. The single will appear on the album Warrior, set to drop on Dec. 4. "I hear your heart beat to the beat of the drums," Ke$ha sings over beating percussion and acoustic guitars. "Oh what a shame that you came here with someone /

So while you're here in my arms / Let's make the most of the night like we're gonna die young." For "Die Young," Ke$ha turned to fun lead singer Nate Ruess, who co-wrote the jam, according to MTV News. The song was produced by Dr. Luke and co-produced by Benny Blanco, who has previously described it as "old hippie rock." Seacreast spoke with Ke$ha about her upcoming album during his show on Tuesday morning.
