Entérate Las 7 claves para hablar en público El miedo a hablar en público uno de los temores más extendidos en la sociedad, a muchas personas les cuesta hablar en una audiencia y transmitir de forma convincente sus ideas. Aquí les presentamos 7 claves para hablar en público, ya sea en un examen, en una presentación, en la comunidad, en una reunión o celebración.

1.Organízate: Si tu miedo es a quedarte en blanco, lleva notas, si es a que no te funcionen los medios audiovisuales, lleva un plan B, es decir, si se trata de cosas que realmente pueden pasar, toma las medidas necesarias para reducir esa posibilidad al mínimo.

2.La introducción: Los primeros segundos son muy importantes para causar una buena impresión: - Preséntate con un par de frases que te sepas de memoria.

- Busca una frase o cita celebre que tenga que ver con el tema: así rompes el hielo y consigues la atención de todos.

- Si no te sientes capaz, puedes utilizar un video como introducción, así los primeros minutos no tienes que hablar y tus nervios se irán calmando sin que te des cuenta.

La introducción, elijas la modalidad que elijas, tendrás que ensayarla un montón de veces, es la mejor forma de que salga bien.

Qué significa Revolución?

Revolución por definición tiene siete significados, estos son: 1.f. Acción y efecto de revolver o revolverse.

2.f. Cambio violento en las instituciones políticas, económicas o sociales de una nación.

3.f. Inquietud, alboroto, sedición.

4. f. Cambio rápido y profundo en cualquier cosa. 5.f. Astr. Movimiento de un astro a lo largo de una órbita completa. 6.f. Geom. Rotación de una figura alrededor de un eje, que configura un sólido o una superficie.

7.f. Mec. Giro o vuelta que da una pieza sobre su eje.

En esencia el significado de esta palabra es movimiento. Es este movimiento, en esta acción de revolver las cosas, también se implica pedirle un cambio a las instituciones. Bueno, qué tiene que suceder para que el pueblo diga, “Basta ya! esto no es justo.” Según Hanah Arendt, el momento en el cual un pueblo se levanta y exige cambio es cuando, este gobierno ya no satisface las necesidades de la gente, o cuando la corrupción e injusticia del gobierno es intolerable. Nos dice también Arendt que la gente cree tener justicia y democracia cuando tiene acceso a un pedazo de pan y techo al igual que paz en su comunidad. El momento que esto cambia, el momento que la gente siente vivir una injusticia es cuando el pan es solo para pocos y cuando acceso a un techo no es posible.

Claro, también quizá lo más importante es cuando la gente siente que su gobierno no le esta cumpliendo su deber, esto es sin importar estatus legal, documentado o indocumentado. El deber del gobierno a su gente es proveer una buena calidad de vida y mantener un estándar justo de la ley en el cual todos los derechos de todo sector de la sociedad son protegidos.

El momento que esto no se cumple es el momento en el cual el pueblo toma conciencia de esta injusticia.

Esto llega a convertirse en el momento clave, en el momento

peligroso para un gobierno ya que en este momento el pueblo se despierta, toma conciencia y dice, “esto no es justo, esto no está bien.”

La gente, llena de rabia e ira sala a las calles, gritando y exigiendo un cambio, exigiendo una revolución del poder, un nuevo acuerdo entre la gente y su gobierno ya que el actual no sirve, no esta del lado de la gente.

Como resultado, el gobierno dirá que los que salen a las calles son los malos, son los desobedientes cuando en realidad para el gobierno estos son los peligrosos ya que atentan contra su poder y su orden que le favorece a unos pocos, a los ricos y no a la gente que exige el cambio, que exige la revolución de poder, que exige re-acomodar el acuerdo social con su gobierno. Esto, el cambio, la revolución es algo natural, es algo inevitable para todo organismo político, pero claro esta que el gobierno no quiere que su gente sepa esto. *** Revolution by definition it has seven meanings, these are: 1.f. this government is intolerable. Arendt also tells us that people believe they have justice and democracy when they have access to a piece of bread and shelter, as well as, peace in their community. The moment this changes, it is when people experience injustice, which translates to bread is only available for a select few and access to a roof is nearly impossible. Perhaps, people demand change when they feel their government is not fulfilling their duty, regardless of the legal status of these people, documented or undocumented. The government must provide access to good quality of life, uphold a fair stander of the law in which, the rights of all sectors of society are protected.

The moment this does not happen becomes the moment people gain consciousness of the injustice around them. This becomes a key point, a dangerous moment for government because in this moment of awareness it is when the people wake up and say, "This is not fair, this is not right." People moved by rage and anger go out to the streets, screaming, demanding change, demanding a reordering of power, demanding a new agreement between the people and their government since the current one does not work. The government to this will respond and say these people in the streets are bad and disobedient. They will say these people are dangerous because they undermine the power and order of the government and accuse the government of favoring the rich.

Thus, those people, the disobedient demand change, and a revolution of power in order rearrange the social contract with their government. All governments know change is natural, a revolution is inevitable since it is part of the natural process of a political organism, but clearly, the people are not supposed to know this.

Entro sin permiso ni invitación. Entro exigiendo hablar con el doctor. “Necesito hablar con el doctor, me dijeron que aquí lo puedo encontrar, me dijeron que él estaba aquí.” El doctor, un tanto molesto por la intrusa, con tan solo ver a la enfermera ella sabía que tenía que deshacerse de la intrusa. La enfermera, la sacó por la puerta de los doctores y la llevó a otro cuarto y le pidió tiempo, le pidió unos minutos, le pidió calma y paciencia, le pidió espera. Ella sin ninguna otra opción accedió. En lo que el doctor seguía con el paciente ella permanecía sobre la camilla del cuarto, donde todo era del mismo color pálido, dentro de ese cuarto pálido sin color y vida, ella seguía esperando.

Ella no vestía de esa simplicidad hermosa. Ella no carecía de adornos y atuendos fragorosos. Ella no era de esas bellezas naturales que se daban por si solas. Ella siempre fue una obra maestra, siempre fue como una pintura barroca, una pintura decorosa, compleja, difícil de descifrar y entender. Detrás de todo el decoro había profundidad, no era pues una de esas estructuras barrocas que detrás de todo el decoro había vacío.

En ella, su interior y exterior eran exceso de ornamentos. Ese día, el día más inolvidable del paciente, el día que lo pusieron boca arriba y ella esperaba en el cuarto de al lado.

Ella dentro de esa habitación resaltaba, resaltaba como estelas en la noche brillando de día, resaltaba pues porque era lo único con vida y color en esa habitación. Todo su cuerpo iluminaba, todo su cuerpo estaba cubierto de diamantes, rubís, esmeraldas, jazmines, perlas y jades, no todos estaban en su máximo resplandor, muchos de los diamantes que habitan su cuerpo estaban en bruto pero aún así brillaban. Su pelo, era largo y blanco, casi tocaba el suelo pálido, su pelo lucia como una cortina de perlas. Todo en ella brillaba. Todo en ella iluminaba.

Era necesario verla en breves instantes. Era necesario no verla por mucho tiempo. Su resplandor encandilaba, desorientaba y atarantaba a su espectador. Incluso, ella llevaba mucho tiempo sin verse al espejo, no podía, era un acto peligroso, incluso algo destructivo, era algo doloroso, verse al espejo, ver su reflejo era como iluminar los rayos del sol ante otro espejo, era crear un resplandor infinito, un fulgor destructivo. Ella seguía esperando, sabía que el doctor la podía ayudarla. Cansada de estar sentada, mientras esperaba decidió acostarse sobre la camilla del cuarto.

They were the baddest pair of jeans in middle school, even in 6th grade. We sat around, near the basketball court, talking about the colors we would get them in and where we could find them. We talked about who had them and how they wore them. I said to them, I would get them in navy blue and I would wear them with a white hanes t-shirt, a black belt with my initials in the buckles, and some black on white nike cortez. We dreamed of wearing the gear the tough guys wore in our neighborhood. Some of us even talked about our uncles, cousins or brothers who dressed like that, we talked about the respect they got.

On weekends, mamá would take me to the mall or to the indoor swampeet. Once, at the swampmeet, I remembered one of my friends said his brother had told him they sold solo pants there for $19.99. That day with mamá I searched and searched, every time we went to the store this meant she was going to buy me something, so I searched for my navy blue solo pants. When I found them, and asked mamá if she could buy them, she refused to buy them, she was passionately against them, she ignored me and said, no. I could not understand, they were a good price, she had bought me pants for this price before, it didn’t make sense. So, I went up to her and asked her why not? Why aren’t you going to buy me those pants?

She just said no, she said look at those levis and wranglers and told me to pick a pair from that stack. And I did.

Weeks later, at the mall, I found a pair of loose baggy pants, that looked like solo pants, and I proudly wore them around the house, and as soon as mamá saw me, she got really upset, she said you better wear those pants with a belt all the way up to your waste. I ignored her, of course. She didn’t understand. Some of my friends were allowed to wear solo pants and dress with hanes tshirts and nike cortez, it was not fair, I thought. They get to dress how they wanted without having their mothers telling them what they can and can’t wear. I thought to myself, my uncle Brownie, always gets to wear what he wants.

As I got older and went from middle school to high school I began to understand why. It all made sense. I walked to school with my click of non solo wearing homies, carrying our 3 inch binders with 7 dividers for the semester. We never took the short cut to school; through the backfield and the little side walk behind the new houses, because it seemed to be a small allie where some of the solo wearing guys would kick it and every time we walked by you knew something could happen. Instead, we always took the long route, all around the new houses, we always said we preferred that route ‘cause through the field we would get mud, grass, and water on our pants and shoes.’

One morning, as we were walking to school, we saw what happened to Grumpie and did nothing at all. His real name was Manuel. I knew him since I was little, he was just a couple of years older than me, everyone new him as Grumpie, he used to be so funny and easy going, he was always drawing, his mom at times would invite us home to share a meal, but when we all moved from Acosta Plaza to the brand new public town homes he stopped hanging out with us and changed.

El rezo del Rosario tiene 3 fines: a) Es un ACTO DE AMOR: Una manera de decirle a María, tu Madre del cielo, que le amas, le respetas, le agradeces que sea tu madre. Piensa que cada vez que rezas el Rosario le entregas a la Virgen un ramo de rosas. b) Es un ACTO DE REPARACIÓN: Es decir, un modo de reparar las ofensas que tú y los otros hombres han hecho a Dios.

Es como cuando ofendes a alguien que quieres mucho y después le envías una flor, un chocolate o un recado para hacerle sentir que te dolió ofenderle y que lo quieres mucho. Este acto es más bonito que simplemente pedir perdón. c) Es un MEDIO DE APOSTOLADO: Esto significa que a través de la oración tú puedes pedir a la Virgen que interceda a Dios por muchas cosas: por la Iglesia, los sacerdotes, el Papa, los enfermos, los que sufren; por la conversión de los pecadores, la unidad familiar, las guerras. Por todo aquello que quisieras ayudar a que fuera mejor. Es increíble que no necesitas ir a ayudar, ¡Con tu oración puedes ayudar tanto!
