Yatris must ensure that they bring the following documents with them when they arrive in Delhi for the Yatra: • Ordinary Indian Passport (valid for more than 6 months as on September 1, 2011) • Indemnity Bond, as given at Annexure-A. All the yatris are required to sign this Indemnity Bond stating that they undertake the yatra at their own risk. The bond must be executed on a non-judicial stamp-paper of Rs. 10/- or as applicable locally and authenticated by a First Class Magistrate or a Notary Public. • Two recent passport size photographs required during medical examination. • Undertaking, in case of evacuation by helicopter in emergency, as given at Annexure-I • Consent form for cremation of mortal remains on Chinese side in case of death there, as given at Annexure-J
