Hunter Valley Gardens ‘One Stop Shop’ for Brides to Be Hosts Open Day on January 29th Location, location, location! Bridesto-be need look no further than the Hunter Valley Gardens as their dream wedding destination in 2012. The Gardens will be hosting their annual Summer Wedding Open Day on the 29th of January 2012 from 10am to 3pm. It will be a stunning day, right in the heart of the picturesque Hunter Valley. The Barrel Room and Garden Terrace will be in full wedding setup, so all future newlyweds can see what to expect on their special day! Couples will have the opportunity to sit down with local Hunter Valley wedding suppliers, celebrants, photographers, caterers, cake decorators and so forth to discuss all of the wonderful things that a wedding day may bring.
