Es la única cerveza fabricada con cebada de Ibiza, a través de acuerdos con cooperativas locales, que posteriormente se maltea y produce en Alemania, donde son verdaderos expertos. El material monoblock del envase ofrece una mayor resistencia, acorta el tiempo de enfriamiento de la cerveza y la conserva mejor. Además, el aluminio permite una mayor superficie para comunicar (diseño y mensaje) versus la etiqueta convencional de los envases de vidrio. Asimismo, el llamativo diseño de la botella responde a una estrategia clara para crear su imagen de marca; además de “etiqueta” hay mucho mensaje y mucho diseño que plasman los valores que representan el espíritu de Ibiza. erveza Isleña has positioned itself as the beer of Ibiza: something that enhances its emotional appeal and establishes a link with a particular way of life based on freedom and tolerance resulting in an immediate connection with the consumer. It is the only beer made from, among other ingredients, barley from Ibiza, by agreement with the San Antonio-based Agricultural Cooperative. It is then sent to Germany where it is malted and produced in line with the 1516 purity law governing beer production. The result is an extraordinary ale owing to its high temperature fermentation. It possesses a fresh taste with a pleasant, fruity touch and a very wellbalanced hint of bitterness. The monoblock material from which the container is made offers greater resistance, shortens the time the beer requires to be cooled and ensures it keeps better. What is more, the aluminium means there is more surface area for communication (design and message) versus the conventional label on glass bottles. At the same time, the bottle’s attractive design is the answer to a clear strategy to create its

Es weckt Emotionen und hat sich so eine große Fangemeinde geschaffen, die mit diesem Bier einen gewissen Lebensstil von Freiheit und Toleranz verbindet. Nach einem Abkommen mit der landwirtschaftlichen Genossenschaft von San Antonio ist Isleña das einzige Bier, für dessen Herstellung überwiegend auf Ibiza angebaute Gerste verwendet wird. Diese Gerste wird an eine deutsche Brauerei geliefert, um Malz aus ihr zu machen und sie gemäß dem Reinheitsgebot von 1516 zu verarbeiten. Das Ergebnis ist ein außergewöhnliches Bier, ein obergäriges Ale, da die Gärung bei hoher Temperatur erfolgt. Es schmeckt angenehm erfrischend und ist mit seiner fruchtigen Note und einem leichten bitteren Geschmack sehr ausgewogen. Das Material der Monoblock-Flaschen ist widerstandsfähiger als Glas, verkürzt die Kühldauer des Biers und macht es länger haltbar.
