or one evening at the end of March, the Danish firm Bang & Olufsen transported their guests back to the 19th century, to a time when the first black and white film projector came on the market. With the theme 'Un Mundo de Sombras y Colores' (a world of shadows and colours), they invited their guests to a brilliantly colourful magic show in the B&O showroom on Azara Street. With glasses of blue, green or red sparkling wine in their hands, the audience followed Argentine magician Iñaki Zabaleta's spectacular show. In front of a backdrop of loudspeakers, flat screens, mobile telephones and music systems, he changed white cloths into red and white spotted or green and yellow ones, and pulled individual guests out of the crowd and sent them off on a round-theworld trip to buy Bang & Olufsen products. With his hand shadow puppetry he created animals - wolves, rabbits and swans, and took us back to the beginnings of film and the first black-andwhite projectors. The vivid tapas of rose-pink salmon, dark red Serrano ham and exotic fruit kebabs marked the transition to the world of colour television. "Every year we invite our customers to see our latest products, such as this tactile flat screen Beovision 9," explains B&O manager Joan Albert Cardona. finales de marzo, la empresa danesa Bang & Olufsen transportó a sus invitados por una noche al siglo XIX, la época en la que se lanzaron al mercado los primeros proyectores cinematográficos en blanco y negro. Bajo el título ‘Un mundo de sombras y colores’, ofreció un espectáculo lleno de magia y color en su establecimiento de la calle Azara. Mientras disfrutaban de un espumoso azul, verde o rojo, los invitados asistieron al espectáculo del mago argentino Iñaki Zabaleta, que ante un decorado compuesto por altavoces, pantallas planas, teléfonos móviles y equipos de música transformó pañuelos blancos en estampados de lunares rojos, cambió verdes por amarillos e incluso tomó algún invitado del público y le hizo dar toda una vuelta al mundo para poder así comprar productos de Bang & Olufsen. Con su teatro de sombras imitó a animales como el lobo, el conejo o el cisne, y tuvo un recuerdo muy especial para los inicios del arte cinematográfico y sus primeros proyectores en blanco y negro. ür einen Abend hat die dänische Firma Bang & Olufsen Ende März ihre Gäste zurück ins 19. Jahrhundert versetzt, in jene Zeit als die ersten schwarz-weiss Filmprojektoren auf den Markt kamen. Unter dem Titel “Un Mundo de Sombras y Colores” hatte sie zu einer farbenprächtigen magischen Show in ihr Geschäft in der Calle Azara eingeladen. Mit blauem, grünem oder rotem Sekt in der Hand verfolgten die Besucher das Spektakel des argentinischen Zauberers Iñaki Zabaleta, der vor der Kulisse aus Lautsprechern, Flachbildschirmen, Mobiltelefonen und Musikanlagen weisse in rot-weiss gepunktete, grüne und gelbe Tücher verwandelte, einzelne Gäste aus dem Publikum herausgriff und sie auf Weltreise schickte, um Bang & Olufsen Produkte zu kaufen. Mit seinem Handschattenspiel, bei dem er Tiere wie Wolf, Hase und Schwan imitierte, erinnerte er schliesslich an die Anfänge der Filmkunst mit ihren ersten Schwarz-weiss Projektoren. Den Übergang in die Welt des Farbfernsehens schafften die farbigen Tapas aus rosafarbenem Lachs, kräftig rotem Serranoschinken und exotischen Fruchtspiessen. “Jedes Jahr laden wir unsere Kunden dazu ein, unsere neuen Produkte, wie den taktilen Flachbildschirm Beovision 9 kennenzulernen”, erklärt Geschäftsführer Joan Albert Cardona.
