All Management Staff trained in skills needed to complete the Strategic Plan 2. All SDEM Unit supervisors will be in compliance with HEO, Classified Staff and Grant Funded staff annual performance evaluations 3. Enrollment Support Unit will ensure that 100% of staff is trained in CUNYfirst 4. 100% of professional staff will be proficient in the area of advisement based on national standards
