Limited opportunity to purchase premium courtside seating is available. Amenities include: in-seat concierge service featuring complimentary menu items, reserved VIP parking, a private entrance to Cassell and more. Seats are sold in increments of four for $20,000. Availability and priority in the ordering and selection process will be based on the Hokie Club point priority ranking. 2016-17 APPLICATION PRIORITY DEADLINE: July 19, 2016 Late Orders: Orders received after July 19 will be assigned seat selection times at the end of the priority selection process.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS Orders received by July 19 are entered for processing. Orders not renewed during this time frame are released for new orders and additional seat requests by current season ticket holders. Seat selection times are processed in Hokie Club point priority order from the top down. ORDER ONLINE at www.hokietickets.com or contact the Athletics Ticket Office, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., toll free at 1-800-828-3244 or the local line 540-231-6731. Email Address: Use one primary email address per ticket office account for both informational emails sent to you from the Athletics Department and for your online account in hokietickets.com. Our software uses your email address as a unique identifier and will merge or lock out online accounts with the same email address.

ADDRESS CHANGES For your security, all address changes must be made in your online ticket account or submitted in writing to the Athletics Ticket Office. It is your responsibility to inform the Athletics Ticket Office of any address or contact information changes by August 15 to ensure tickets will be shipped on time and to the correct address. Changes made after this date must be made in writing to the Athletics Ticket Office and may be subject to an address change fee incurred by the ticket printer. Game Times/Dates: Game times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be made because a game time and/or date is changed. Full Payment: Full payment is requested by July 19 via online application or via phone. We accept cash (in-person), check, money order, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. All funds are deposited upon receipt of your order. Make checks payable to Treasurer of Virginia Tech.

Refunds: No refunds will be given unless an order is not filled. Refunds are for the price of the ticket only. Processing fees are not refunded. Ticket Shipment: Season tickets will ship in October. Faculty/Staff: Faculty/Staff rate season tickets are available only to full-time Faculty/ Staff for their personal use and for use by their dependents. Faculty/Staff season ticket purchasers must provide the ticket office with a copy of their current Virginia Tech ID.


BALLENA

In August, all qualifying patrons who have ordered season tickets will be assigned a selection date and time that will allow them entrance into the Ballena Select-ASeat system based on their Hokie Club point priority ranking. Seat improvements and new season ticket allocations will be selected by patrons using Ballena’s online selection technology. It will allow for real-time assignment of seat locations.

INACTIVE AND DOWNGRADED MEMBERSHIPS Hokie Club members who downgraded their membership level or became inactive as of Dec. 31, 2015 will need to reselect new seats during their selection dates and times as their 2015-16 season tickets will be released and available in the system.

RENEWING SEAT PATRONS Patrons who wish to retain the same seat location from 2015-16 and have maintained their membership level do not need to do anything. Your 2015-16 seat assignment will be locked in prior to the start of the process and can only be changed if you wish to change it for 2016-17.

SEAT IMPROVEMENT PATRONS Any patrons who wish to improve their current seat location will log into the system using their customer number and provided personal access code at their selection date and time. Once logged in, it will be up to the patron to decide if any of the open seats are better than his/her current seats. If these patrons decide to change locations, they simply click on the open seats to select their new seat location. These seats will then be added to their cart. Once the full allocation of seats has been selected, each patron will be asked to confirm which of the seats in his/her cart he/she wishes to retain for the new season. To drop a seat from the cart, the patron simply clicks on the red ‘X’ next to the unwanted seats to release them from the cart. NOTE: Once you release seats, they may be selected by someone else in the system.

NEW SEAT PATRONS Patrons ordering tickets for the first time will log into the system using their customer number and provided personal access code during their selection date and time. Once logged in, it will be up to the patron to choose a seat location from any of the open seats.

TO ADD SEATS DURING SELECTION Patrons wishing to increase the number of season tickets they purchase, based on availability and priority limits, should contact the Athletics Ticket Office prior to their selection time.

SELECTION TIP ON SINGLE SEATS In order to minimize unsellable single tickets, you will be prompted to reselect new seats or purchase the additional seat, if availability and priority limits allow, when making a selection that leaves a single seat by itself.
