STRIDE PROGRAM! HEY! HOW DO YOU TRAIN? You have your own individual running style, and that’s great! Here’s YOUR chance to make it even better! To improve running performance, what most runners generally put most effort, time and resources into today is simply running more and more, or buying expensive gear for motivational purposes. While those may work to different extent for some short term effects, none is guaranteed to make a long-term impact for your running – whether your goals is running marathons or training “just” for fun.

WHY BETTER TECHNIQUE? Become faster! Runners working actively with running technique can often

achieve up to to 8% time improvements – with a clear improvements often visible within weeks!

Less injuries! By positioning the body correctly, load is taken off heels, knees, back and other sensitive areas, making you less injury prone!

More fun! By becoming aware of how you run, and learn simple techniques to improve, workshops may provide an inspirational boost!

THE HEYRUNNING STRIDE RECIPE! Designed for groups of 4-10 people, our 2-part mini-workshops

provide runners of all skill level & ability with video feedback analysis followed by coaching in positioning, foot strike, and energy use!

Whether we look like Kenyans or a bags of potatoes, all of us have room for us to work on different elements of our technique. Weak muscles, i usually lie at the root of runners with an unpolished technique, but the majority of us have never given much thought into how to run & have a generally lousy style!
