Staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week by a team of specially trained Emergency Physicians and Physician’s Assistants, along with a team of emergency nurses and technicians, Maria Parham’s Emergency Department (ED) has the knowledge and technology to treat or stabilize the emergencies that come through our doors. Minor Injury or Illness? Fast Track is a specialized part of the ED that is set up to treat patients that arrive with a minor injury or illness. Fast Track is open from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. seven days a week.
Maria Parham Medical Center’s new wide-bore MRI has the widest opening of any MRI in the region. The new unit has an opening for the patient that is 15 percent larger than a traditional MRI machine.
