About HELP HIV Education & Learning Program (HELP) is an exclusive, free online resource providing ASOs/CBOs access to current, relevant HIV educational materials to share with their clients living with HIV. HELP enhances treatment education activities in ASOs/CBOs through quality, current information to help improve health outcomes for people living with HIV.

Benefits of HELP to ASOs/CBOs ■ Access to timely education materials developed by HIV treatment experts ■ Utility of HIV education materials that are relevant and appropriate for ASO/CBO clients. Materials are available in a variety of formats ■ R eceive treatment education materials are culturally competent and include materials for Spanishspeaking audiences ■ A ccess to treatment information is free of charge; while ASO/CBO staff must select and repost materials, there is no cost or maintenance required of the ASO/CBO

Organizations participating in the HELP program are interested in providing HIV education via their organization’s website, HealthHIV’s website, or another preferred online medium. Information can be delivered to participating ASOs/CBOs through an emailed link that organizations can place on their website or an email notification alerting ASO/CBO staff to the availability of new information on HealthHIV’s website.

Providing HELP HELP content focuses on topics such as: ■ C urrent standard-of-care regimens; ■ N ewly approved drugs and changes in guidelines; and ■ D etailed information on guidelines and how treatments work.

HELP promotes HIV education among patients, encouraging conversations with medical providers on current and developing HIV topics to facilitate enhanced medical care and quality outcomes for individuals living with HIV. HELP provides treatment information in a variety of formats to ensure audience accessibility, easing the administrative burden on ASOs and CBOs. HELP is led by HealthHIV, in collaboration with the Discovery Institute of Medical Education, through an unrestricted educational grant from Abbot Laboratories.


Overview The goal of Fiscal Health: Systems to Sustainability is to ensure the fiscal sustainability of Ryan White funded grantees. HealthHIV will accomplish this by building participant’s organizational fiscal management capacity, diversifying and improving income streams, and developing and enhancing operational fiscal systems. HealthHIV will meet this goal through multiple activities offering various ways for individuals to learn. Systems to Sustainability will provide onsite group trainings as well as one-onone learning, which will be both in-person and online.

Approach Systems to Sustainability is an enhanced approach to building the organizational and specifically the fiscal health of Ryan White-funded organizations and providers. This program focuses on the aggregate and individual-level fiscal management capacity-building needs identified by HealthHIV and collected over the past six years. The Program considers the current and future healthcare funding and organizational environment in which programs operate. HealthHIV will utilize a diverse and culturally competent team of fiscal management experts to design and implement an effective training curriculum targeting Ryan White providers throughout the U.S. from 2011-2014.
