CHILLI & GINGER LAMB CHOPS
PREP: 10 Mins COOK: Easy READY IN: 6-8 mins SERVES: 4

Ingredients 4 garlic clove, crushed 1 tbsp grated ginger 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp chilli powder 1 tsp cumin 8 lamb chop
Method Put the garlic in a bowl with the ginger, lemon juice, oil, spices and seasoning. Blitz with a hand blender until smooth, then use to coat the lamb chops on both sides. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Heat a barbecue until hot. Barbecue the chops over the coals for 3 mins on each side until cooked but still pink and juicy in the centre.

December to March is considered to be the best time to visit Sri Lanka, as this is the driest season on the west and south coasts, the cultural triangle and the hill country. The east coast is best from May to September. There are two separate monsoon seasons in Sri Lanka, one in the northwest and the other in the southwest so the best places to go depend on the time of year. However, even during the monsoon it does not rain all the time. Temperatures stay close to an average of 27C throughout the year.

Problems with IT Outsourcing Outsourcing your IT is probably a good idea, however as with anything in life there are potential problems. And business decisions such as who’s going to revive the company infrastructure if it goes down should be considered extensively. It seems sensible to discuss any problems with outsourcing your IT upfront so we can move on to how outsourcing your IT might be a great idea for your business. Drive Time OK most problems can be sorted remotely in this day and age but also sometimes a site visit is necessary and an engineer needing to get to your offices may take time depending on where they are dispatched from. While this may be a small price to pay for the flip side of paying an in house engineer to sit around until issues arise it can be a factor none the less. On average and engineer wouldn’t be onsite for 1-2 hours. Any lost time in paying a member of staff while they are waiting for an engineer to arrive is valuable time lost. Liability When bringing in any third party to work on your company network or data there is a certain security risk that will arise from having an outside organisation working with your data. Traditionally estate agents would produce property brochures and have them on display in shop front windows and then handed out to people who were interested. Times have changed. According to the Property Academy Home Moving Trends Survey 2013, only 3% of buyers found their home by visiting a high street branch. 93% of people find their home by browsing online. That's the reason why photographs, floor plans and the marketing description are so important. It's for this reason, that I do not recommend that my clients go to the expense of having a professional brochure produced. People can quite easily print them off from Rightmove and Zoopla etc.
Good estate agency website, including our own at ewemove.com, provide professionally designed templates that can be easily downloaded as a PDF. Quality brochures can be printed out on a high quality paper and look perfect when handed out at viewings. There are a few exceptions to this. If you have a high-end luxury or prestige home, which in turn commands a very high price tag, then paying a few hundred pounds to have an extremely well polished brochure, it's good sales too.
