AVIS DE RECRUTEMENT CHARGÈ(E) DE PROJET Le Goethe-Institut est, au niveau mondial, l’institut culturel de la République Fédérale d’Allemagne. Nous faisons la promotion de la langue allemande à l’étranger et contribuons au maintien de la coopération culturelle internationale. Le Goethe-Institut Sénégal cherche, à compter du 15/10/2018 ou à une date plus rapprochée un/une collaborateur/-trice engagé(e), chargé(e) de la coordination du projet « AfriCourage », un festival de musique portant sur l’engagement social en Gambie. Le poste est pourvu d‘un volume de travail de 50% (20 heures par semaine) et le contrat prend fin le 31/03/2020. Le lieu de travail peut être choisi librement. Le travail doit être exécuté en accord permanent avec les partenaires au projet établis à Banjul (Gambie), Dakar (Sénégal) et Berlin (Allemagne). La disponibilité d’aller fréquemment en missions demeure une condition. Le projet: AfriCourage est un festival de musique qui aura lieu en décembre 2019 à Banjul (Gambie). En collaboration avec le festival Open Mic qui a lieu depuis des années à Banjul, AfriCourage présentera un certain nombre de musiciens internationaux et nationaux qui sont socialement engagé(e)s et qui, à travers leur art, ont été à l’origine de changements sociaux. Grâce à la coopération avec les membres de l’European Broadcasting Union, le festival fera l’objet d’une grande attention dans les médias internationaux. Parallèlement, des informations sur les artistes ainsi que sur le thème de la liberté d’expression et artistique seront publié sur internet. Dans le cadre de coopérations avec des experts internationaux en musique et avec des festivals européens, des acteurs/-trices gambiens / gambiennes de l’industrie culturelle et des professionnels évoluant dans l’organisation de manifestations bénéficieront d’une formation continue et les réseaux seront renforcés. au moins trois (3) ans d’expérience professionnelle appropriée en gestion de projet de bonnes connaissances de l’industrie musicale internationale une connaissance de la scène musicale africaine de bonnes capacités de communication, de coordination et être bien connecté(e) ainsi que de bonnes capacités d’organisation des connaissances en gestion d’entreprise sont un atout de bonnes connaissances en anglais et en allemand, à l’écrit comme à l’oral des connaissances en français sont un atout prêter une attention particulière au moindre détail la capacité et la disponibilité, si nécessaire, à travailler sous pression et à des horaires flexibles disponibilité à aller fréquemment en missions disponibilité à se familiariser avec les structures du Goethe-Institut (organisation, structure du personnel, structure financière, régime d’adjudication et des contrats, les logiciels spécifiques à l’institut)

STELLENAUSSCHREIBUNG PROJEKTMANAGER/-IN Das Goethe-Institut ist das weltweit tätige Kulturinstitut der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Wir fördern die Kenntnis der deutschen Sprache im Ausland und pflegen die internationale kulturelle Zusammenarbeit. Das Goethe-Institut Senegal sucht zum 15.10.2018 oder früher eine/-n engagierte/-n Mitarbeiter/-in für die Projektkoordination des Sondermittelprojektes „AfriCourage“, ein Musikfestival mit sozialem Engagement in Gambia. Die Stelle hat einen Beschäftigungsumfang von 50 % (20 Wochenstunden) und ist befristet bis zum 31.03.2020. Der Dienstort ist frei wählbar. Das Projekt: AfriCourage ist ein Musikfestival, das im Dezember 2019 in Banjul (Gambia) stattfinden wird. In Partnerschaft mit dem seit Jahren stattfindenden Open Mic Festival in Banjul wird AfriCourage eine Reihe internationaler und nationaler Musiker/-innen präsentieren, die sich gesellschaftlich engagieren und durch ihre Kunst soziale Veränderungen angestoßen haben. Durch Kooperation mit Mitgliedern der European Broadcasting Union wird das Festival in den internationalen Medien eine starke Aufmerksamkeit erfahren. Online wird zudem über die Künstler/-innen sowie über das Thema der Meinungs- und Kunstfreiheit informiert werden. In Kooperationen mit internationalen Musikexpert/-innen und europäischen Festivals werden gambische Akteur/-innen der Kulturindustrie und Veranstaltungsfachkräfte fortgebildet werden und Netzwerke gestärkt. JOB ADVERTISEMENT PROJECT COORDINATOR The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany with a global reach. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation. We convey a comprehensive picture of Germany by providing information on Germany's cultural, social and political life. The Goethe-Institut Senegal is looking for a project coordinator for a special fund project “AfriCourage” – a Festival with social Engagement in The Gambia. For a halftime position (20 hours per week), starting 15. October 2018 (or earlier, if possible) limited until 31. March 2020. The place of employment is freely selectable. The work is carried out in permanent coordination between the project partners in Banjul (Gambia), Dakar (Senegal) and Berlin (Germany). The willingness to frequent business trips is required. The Project: AfriCourage is a music festival that will take place in December 2019 in Banjul (Gambia). In partnership with the annual Open Mic Festival in Banjul, AfriCourage will be presenting a number of international and national artists who are socially engaged and have initiated social change through their art. Through cooperation with members of the European Broadcasting Union, the festival will receive a lot of attention in the international media. Information about the artists and about the topic of freedom of expression and art will also be presented online. In cooperation with international music experts and European festivals, Gambian actors from the field of cultural industry and event specialists will be trained and networks will be established.
