I love this question! It’s hard to believe but I always make a point of taking time for myself. I am a huge advocate of yoga and love hiking and bike riding. An ideal day would be a mix of one of my favourite activities and a delicious threehour dinner with my love. THAT IS SO IMPORTANT. HOW HAS HAVING A NEWBORN AFFECTED YOUR WORK LIFE? I am still working on achieving a balance—I know it’s early— but she is a dream! I have an amazing partner, my husband who supports me in all of my endeavors, so we are approaching every day as a team. I would love to answer this question again in a year!
