Service Times ~ Sunday Services ~

Worship Services @ 9:00 & 10:45 AM In FCC’s Main Auditorium Toddlers through Grade 4

Sundays 9:00 & 10:45 AM Our Children’s Ministry (toddlers to 6th grade) is a safe place where your children will have fun as they build a solid faith foundation. We offer classes that are age specific, exciting and God centered. To ensure we have a safe and secure environment for each child, all volunteers and leaders are carefully screened and supervised. That, along with our stringent security check-in process for all kids, FCC provides parents the assurance that their child is being well-cared for during services. Once the children are in their class, each of our classrooms are equipped with age specific games, toys and activities. We believe church should be enjoyable for our children, so we make sure they are all having fun as soon as they walk into their classroom.

~ Young Adults ~ Tuesdays @ 7:00 PM FCC is a non-denominational Christian church open to everyone!

Sunday classes consist of a time of worship, an engaging Bible lesson, creative arts and time for children to play together and get to know one another as they connect with God and other students and leaders. The only challenging part for parents can be getting your child to want to leave! At Family Community Church, our Ground Forces Men’s Ministry has a goal to see men mobilized for God. We want to build a community of Christ-centered men who love God, who live out transformed lives, and who serve and impact their worlds. We invite men to join us for one of the following, ongoing events to connect with God and with other men: • Donuts and Devotions: D & D takes place every first Saturday of the month at 7:15am. And it’s exactly what is sounds like - we eat donuts and we get into God’s Word. It’s a simple approach, but an incredible time connecting with God and with other men.

AREA 56 5th & 6th Grade

Sundays @ 10:45 AM AREA56 is THE PLACE for fifth and sixth graders. Designed specifically for preteens, our service usually kicks off with a crazy, exciting game for everyone to participate in, followed by live, student led WORSHIP and an engaging message to DISCOVER what the Word of God has to say to their lives. We also have small group time where each student can CONNECT with one another and build relationships with their peers. This gives them a chance to GROW, as they can get their questions answered and share their thoughts. Bring your 5th and 6th grader to this incredibly fun and incredibly impactful time in God.

• “First Sundays at the Cross”: All men are welcome to join as we meet for prayer before the first service at 8:30am on the first Sunday of each month. It’s been powerful to see men arriving early, praying for our families and our church house, and leading by example. Be a part of it! • Burgers & Bibles: B & B is like Donuts and Devotions, only with burgers instead of donuts. B & B takes place on a Friday evening! We bbq some burgers, hang out for a bit, then open up the Bible and enjoy God’s Word. • Men’s Breakfast: Every few months we meet on a Saturday morning to meet up overcoffee and a delicious breakfast to enjoy some time connecting with other guys and spend some time with God. If you’re looking for ways to connect with other guys, learn about tools and resources to further your personal growth in God, or hang out and eat some good food (of which we do a lot), visit familycommunity.church/men or email men@familycommunity.church for more information.

Encounter Young Adults (ages 20s & 30s) Tuesdays @ 7:00 PM in Main Auditorium Encounter, Family Community Church’s young adult ministry, is a vibrant place where you can come as you are and not as you should be. Encounter is now seeing about 1,000 young adults coming to hear the Word of God. So come alone or grab a friend and join us for some fellowship, awesome worship and a compelling sermon. See you there

Mountains. Valleys. Promise Lands. A Catalytic Event, hosted by FCC’s Encounter Young Adults on July 12, 2019 @ the Center for the Performing Acommunityrts, Downtown San Jose FCC Encounter’s catalytic event “MVP” was our first catalytic event hosted downtown San Jose at the Center for the Performing Arts. We had the opportunity to hold it in the middle of the downtown San Jose, with the mission to bring “church” to the community. It was overwhelmingly successful, fun, and purpose driven. A variety of creative elements (creative writers, music, and creative arts) collaborated together to present the gospel of Jesus Christ in an interesting and relevant way. 55 people made the decision to give their life to Jesus and around 2000 people were reached. Mountains, Valleys, and Promise Lands was all-in-all a very exciting event, and the best is yet to come!

CONNECT GROUPS At Family Community Church, we believe it is important for our members to live in community with one another. As the scripture that our church was founded on states in Psalm 68:6, “God sets lonely people in families.” We want to make big church small, so that nobody stands alone! That’s where our CONNECT GROUPS come in.

CONNECT GROUPS are small groups that meet together regularly. They are a place where people can find friendship, be mentored in their faith, understand and discuss the truth of God’s Word, identify and use their spiritual gifts, and provide care for one another. They are united around common interests, a local neighborhood, a particular life stage or an activity. Some of our groups meet in a leader’s home, others at the church or even at a coffee shop. There is a group for everyone and we have made it easy for you to find the perfect fit for you and your family. Visit familycommunity.church/ministries/connect-groups/ and get CONNECTED today!
