Before boarding time, you can pick up your tickets at the booth near your boat. As you board, your group will have a chance to take a professional photo together. The prints will be available for purchase later in the cruise or at the end. Just like a restaurant, a hostess will greet you and take you to your table.
Settle in, meet your manager or server and get ready to set sail. If your cruise has a buffet, you can help yourself to the food at any time. If you’re enjoying a plated menu your server will take your order. Let them know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. Your server will check back with you throughout the cruise.

Make sure everyone in your group receives their ticket before boarding. From there, we’ll be glad to seat you all together.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Our dress code varies by ship. Odyssey and Elite are more formal, with cocktail or business casual attire suggested. Mystic Blue, Spirit and Seadog are more casual.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available in the Navy Pier Garages located at 600 E. Grand Avenue. For easy access to our vessels, we recommend you park in the East Garage for Elite, Spirit and Mystic Blue, and the West Garage for Seadog and Odyssey. Visit NavyPier.com for rate information.

HOW CAN I ELEVATE MY EVENT?
•P re-purchase a bottle of champagne or a favorite wine to have waiting at your table. •U pgrade your ticket with a bar package for each guest. • Consider adding a food station or hors d’oeuvres to amp-up your menu selection.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE PRIVACY AND CUSTOMIZATION?
While your party will always be seated together, with a traditional ticket you’ll be sharing your deck with other groups. Private spaces and decks are available to rent out at an additional cost, or you may consider chartering private yacht Chicago Elite.
WHAT HAPPENS IN BAD WEATHER?
Our fleet (with the exception of Seadog) can cruise in rain, shine or snow all year round. Each deck is climate controlled, and the weather will not affect your cruise. In the case of severe weather, the ship may remain dockside for the length of the event.
