Courtney Kalashian to send Kimberly Fleming PMP once completed SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION: Steve Newvine, PG&E, welcomed the group and in person and phone introductions were made. Business Items Public Sector Business Plan Updates Courtney Kalashian, SJVCEO, stated the CAEECC process is currently on break for now. All business plans are currently posted online for review all public comments are due 2/21 but to comment you must be a party to the proceedings. CK stated that if partners would like to do so she can point them to Sarah Farell, SJVCEO, who can help them navigate that. PA’s will be responding by 3/6 and there will be a final decision in May. CK did state that there will be a 3/17 in person meeting in SF. Jose Gonzalez, City of Fresno, asked SN if there is any money given to an LGP partner to is a part of CAEECC like CK to help with staff time. SN stated that no partner is given compensation outside of the time that they bill through the partnership or travel expenses for CAEECC related items. Collaborative Items 2017 Energy Efficiency Legislation CK, SJVCEO, gave a brief overview of why she is bringing this item to the collaboratives attention. She feels that having all the energy watch partners working together will make outreach run smoother. Assemblyman Arambula reached out to CK regarding AB 2672 while the CPUC reached out to her regarding SB350. Both bills pertain to disadvantaged and RHTR areas. The idea behind partnering with both on outreach is the EWC already has contacts with the communities that Arambula and the CPUC are wanting to “touch”. With having those contacts, it is easier to coordinate outreach events around the topics. Many of the partners have already connected with necessary parties and are on board to support the legislative push in the area. Energy Audit Training Update Juan Carranza, Fresno EDC, and Rochelle Thomas, SJVCEO, attended the 3-day small and medium sized business energy audit in Santa Maria. Both agreed that the training was very useful. They stated that they would highly recommend the training to anyone who works in the industry who hasn’t been exposed to audits. The training was restructured and hands on audit walkthroughs on each topic followed the lecture for the day. RT stated that having the class structured that way was a lot more helpful to digest the information. JG, City of Fresno, stated that if anyone would like to join an energy audit with his staff they are more than welcome. 2017 Work Plans SN stated that work plans are due here soon. CK and Kimberly Fleming, Kern County, are working on combining all 3 IOU’s into one work plan. With that being said, Steve is fine with leaving the due date at 3/17/17 for submission. PG&E Program Updates SN wanted to calm the nerves of the partners when it comes to layoffs within PG&E. He stated that what has been reported in the Mercury news was incorrect. PG&E has completed all of its layoffs to date. SN also stated that there are a few changes within personnel in LGP’s. Bob Riding will be working in economic development and not LGP’s anymore. Also, Bryce Dias will be moving into workforce development and that transition will be taking place soon. CK also brought up that there was some chatter that account rep’s will be moving around as well. SN stated he has not been made aware, but he will check into it and report back.

Other Business Open for Member Comment SN, PG&E, asked the group if moving the meetings from 9:30am to 10am would work for them. They all agreed so moving forward meetings will be from 10am to 11:30am every other month. There will be call in meetings held on months without in person meetings. These will just serve as check-ins. The conference room at SJVCEO will be reserved from 9:30am to 12pm in case there are conversations that needed to be held before or after the collaborative meetings. Conclude Next Meeting: April 13th, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.
