descriPtion of the employer The Faculty of Law is located in the centre of Bergen, overlooking the Bergen fjord. 2000 students study law and the Faculty employs around 100 persons in academic and administrative positions. At the Faculty of Law, we focus on high quality research and teaching within a variety of legal areas.
information about the traineeship Tasks The trainee will write an article or thesis on a legal subject, including the necessary legal research. The trainee can choose subjects after their liking. This topic should be clarified between the Faculty of Law and the trainee before the traineeship starts. Mentor will be appointed to whom the trainee will make regular reports. A desk in the library of the Faculty of Law will be reserved where the trainee will have access to all available resources. Working hours are flexible. Any relevant writing experience is an advantage. The trainee is welcome to present the desired subject in the application. ELSA Bergen willl arrange social events for the trainee as well as accommodation. Net salary NOK 12 000 per month
