descriPtion of the employer Our Firm has been founded in 1989 as Poroy & Ozulku Attorneys at Law by Prof. Dr. Reha Poroy, one of the leading professors of Turkey and Turkish Commercial Law, Att. Sadiye Ozulku and Att. Umit Ozulku. Our Firm, with its experienced team, provides legal services in English, German and French languages to a variety of clients consisting of local and foreign real and legal persons. Özülkü, having an extensive experience particularly in corporate - commercial law and foreign trade and investment, is and has been providing legal services to local and foreign companies throughout the world, investing and/or operating in Turkey. Our Firm provides legal services as Ozulku Attorneys at Law, following the demise of Prof. Dr. Reha Poroy in 2009. information about the traineeship Tasks The tasks given to the trainee shall vary depending on the projects ongoing during the course of the traineeship. These may include drawing-up and reviewing of contracts, translation, legal research and assistance. Net salary EUR 200 per month
