information about the traineeship Tasks We are looking forward to having a trainee that is ambitious, who meets the requirements of the international law firm, that is interested in the international work, highly motivated and also has some experience as an intern in firms like ours. Foreign interns will acquire the following skills and knowledge related to the practice of law in the U.S. : Knowledge and understanding of how a law office and its administration operate in the U.S.; An understanding of how to coordinate information requests by attorneys and clients; The ability to research corporations, to form corporations and to organise corporate books; The ability to prepare legal forms and applications; The ability to prepare text documents and spread sheets on the computer;The cability to communicate in writing with clients. Net salary USD 400 per month
